DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Me and my partner ordered a 2 year old Cupra for lease. Got delivered with green mould on all 4 window trims. The company had not even valeted the Car before delivering. Refused delivery and was left waiting 2 days for a redelivery date only for them to email my partner saying lease had been cancelled and the £270 arrangement fee we had paid will not be refunded! We have raise a fraud dispute with our bank. Con artists!

I've had leased two vehicles through NVC and found the service to be great.The staff are friendly and helpful and make sure you are well informed and everything goes smoothly.Would definitely recommend.

If I could write a minus I would.After waiting two months for my car to be delivered I rang to chase up 4 days after due date. To be told the car hasn’t even gone into build…I was calm and asked customer service if I could change to a car that was in stock as I needed a car and it was causing a lot of stress and upset to which Katie told me “getting stressed and upset about it isn’t going to help you” and who later LAUGHED at my partner when he asked for a refund of our processing fee so we could find a new car.Absolutely 0 contact from the company and all the chasing up was done by us; 9 phone calls, 8 emails and having the phone put down on us twice…I honestly would stay clear.

Have recently taken delivery of my second car from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and the overall experience throughout has been excellent. Great service, helpful and no pressure at all. when I compare prices like for like they are most often the best deal.Thanks

Great service, They offer the best price. I was a little hesitant at first when my first order didn't go as planned due to VW's struggle to deliver new cars, After nearly 7 months waiting I decided to give NVC another chance and pick a car which was showing stock (Audi Q3 Black Ed C&S). Thanks to Lola Maguire who dealt with my order, I am not disappointed after all. She kept me up to date with every step and responded to any enquiry I had very quickly. She managed to get the car delivered to me within 4 weeks from start to finish. I understand that my original order didn't quite go as planned but there is nothing any other leasing company could have done differently as it is the car Manufacturer failing to deliver. I would definitely recommend NVC to anyone without a doubt. Keep up the good work

Black Fiesta , Dark Grey Interior , Drivers sun visor BLACK as expected , Passenger sun visor CREAM !!!. Plus advised that door had been repaired , shocking finish to the repair. What I can only be described as Blooming after machine polish. All photo's available. Who in their right minds in the factory puts 1 black visor and 1 cream visor on the same car, and who in QA passes it ???? You couldn't make it up. Waiting for a response.

Great experience with NVC. Everything went smooth and the car was delivered within 12 days. I got a 73 plate Golf GTD for a great price, over £80 cheaper a month compared to other lease companies. Would definitely recommend & will be using again!

Great team of staff. Answer any queries promptly. Car delivery was extremely smooth. Collection of car was delayed, but staff informed me every step off the way. Highly recommend Nationwide vehicle contracts.

Initial contact was good, but then they tried to sign me up to the BINDING finance deal without giving me even a rough idea of delivery dates for my chosen vehicle. According to their website delivery was to be expected in November. On the day I cancelled my order they were actually claiming my car was available FROM STOCK! No such car exists. Do not sign up with these guys UNLESS they can give you a delivery date.

These people take away all the hassle of find out about and sourcing a new vehicle. I have just renewed my car through Nationwide and the process was seamless. Highly recommend Nationwide Vehicle Solutions.
