Had drinks at this bar today. All the staff on Valeriano’s shift this evening were appalling to say the least. They threw coasters at us. Extremely poor customer service if you’d like to call it that. The bar tenders need a major attitude adjustment and being courteous will go a long way. There wasn’t an option to give a review with ZERO stars as 1 is too many.

Staff was rude. We had bought two drinks from their cafe and they wouldn’t allow us to have the drinks at their bar (keep in mind the drinks were from their hotel!). This was at 3 pm on a Sunday. Bar completely empty.Even if the operation was separate. Clearly all parties are benefiting from hotel guests. Hotel needs to sort the policy out.

What an exceptional service we have received from Pietro and Francesco! They really made our date night special! They know every cocktail recipe by heart and they really impress us with the amount of thoughts they have put into the menu as well as the sustainability of the bar. The inspiration of the drinks are very interesting. We had doubts at first judging from the exterior of the hotel but once we got in it was like a complete different world, we both love how open and trendy the bar is. Great ambiance and atmosphere! Really recommended!

Not bad for a casual hotel bar, but it's what you would expect. Old fashioned was delicious. Food was average but ok. Service was a bit slow even tho not many people in the bar, had to go and chase them a couple of times.

Nice quiet place, good atmosphere, very good for a little break with a pint on hand.

Terrible drinks and service. We were initially refused at the entrance when the bar was meant to close in 2hours. We were then sat with no welcoming at all and waited +10 minutes to be presented with a menu. All of that for the order to be served wrong at the end…

Ridiculous place! Came here with a group of artists/colleagues who are all members in way better places but we were touring so we stayed nearby and wanted to enjoy a drink after a gig. The bar was empty, we were told it was only for hotel guest after 11pm. When asked for a reason, the bar manager couldn’t answer and we were turned away. Bye bye to the business! Whoever owns/manages this place either needs a reality check or a slap.

I had a terrible experience. The staff was absolutely lovely however I popped down for a QUICK bite expecting a max of 30 mins for an app and drink. It took closer to an hour and a half. I sat and my server informed me it would be a wait for food, I asked how long. He told me 5 mins, which was of course far faster than expected. I got my drink right away and then proceeded to wait… and wait… and wait for nearly 1.5 hrs. I was told after it was due to room service. Which I would have done (or gotten take away or eaten somewhere else for less money). It was extremely overpriced—which you expect for a hotel bar but I pay because of the convenience. I had 4 different servers and the manager come, apologize and promise only another 3-5 min wait. It was not. When I finally got the food I discovered I had paid nearly 60 pounds for overpriced hash browns and poorly prepared oysters. The manager kept offering me a free drink once I had my food—the last thing I wanted was to be at the bar any longer. Every other single guest seemed to be served faster. Instead of comping the drink I did order the manager waived the service charge—ridiculous since I wouldn’t have tipped anyway.Go out to another bar or get delivery to your room (in contrast my zapp order arrive in 5 mins for way less money for grocery items).I would have expected to have my entire meal comped for the service I received, I would have preferred to skip dinner all together rather than the experience I had. I am a consultant and travel regularly, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant or bar. And extremely expensive
