I am new to the area, went into your Ebbw vale store this week wanting to speak to the person in store about my upgrade as didn't want to go Cardiff, waste of time, person had no idea on what i was talking about and i am no expert.... but all i wanted was information on a certain phone over another, however i was talking about a Samsung phone and apple phone of which are both on the TV display.Slightly annoyed, i still had to go Cardiff, to sort out my devices. we have 3 lines with ee and one with three, Missed out !!!Thanks

Clean and well run shop, definitely cheaper and a better off just going direct to your provider and cut out the middle man.
