I have chosen Paul blindly after a Facebook recommendation. I have extremely thick and plenty of hair. Paul has styled my shoulder length hair into a neat, well cut short style.

Really happy with the service and quality of haircut I received here. My stylist Jade was friendly and professional. Love my new 'do!

Have been so disappointed with the salon. There have been issues with 3 out of my last four appointments. One was cancelled last minute a few hours before I was due. Two where I’ve been booked for roots and foils and I’ve arrived to say they only booked the root colour. Each time I’ve found the staff unhelpful and keen to blame me. I had a sense they were doing me a favour letting me have an appointment at all. Today I left in tears having voted with my feet and left without anything being done. It’s supposed to be a treat!

Amy has been cutting my hair for over a year and always delivers an exceptional service, couldn’t recommend her more.

I had a haircut at the graduates salon in Liverpool, I wasn’t fully happy with it (no fault of the graduate) so booked another appointment at the Heswall salon with Erin. Erin was delightful, spent lots of time just talking me through my options and was incredibly upfront with what would work and what wouldn’t work for my hair.Erin was lovely to talk to and I felt listened to and I could tell she wanted the best outcome for me.My hair cut had really affected my confidence and after my appointment with Erin where she gave me a keratin treatment and a plan to have a hair cut in a week I have felt a lot better about my hair.I’m very grateful to Erin and cannot recommend her more!

Best hair salon on the Wirral, very nice staff and they actually do what you ask as in the cut and style, very happy definitely my go to salon from now on.

Very few hairdressers understand short hair. Having had a bad experience elsewhere I booked in with Paul. I have had the most brilliant short cut ever! Paul was excellent and I feel it has been so good for my self esteem. All the staff were great. Lively atmosphere. Have rebooked

Phoned on Wednesday, got a consultation the same day, then an appointment for Saturday the same week. Couldn’t ask for better service and my hair is amazing after I got the full works, colour, treatment, cut and blow dry. Big thank you to Erin, you are so talented and kind :)

The coloring was fine, when I showed her the picture what I wanted , of a model with curly hair she said that she couldn't do it but my hair is naturally wavey, I also said not to blow dry it straight but she did, I'm very disappointed and upset that I didn't get what I wanted for my £120. I will not be returning and will not recommend to any of my friends and family, very unprofessional
