Outstanding service! This includes Sales and Service. Very happy with the purchase of my latest vehicle, a RAV4 Excel AWD. I have purchased a number vehicles from Stephen Eagle Toyota, Worcester over the years and they have all been reliable. All the staff that I have dealt with (especially Nicoli the Sales Manager who is amazing and makes the process smooth) go above and beyond for their customers, were very professional, polite, helpful, and answered my questions! I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the salesman’s knowledge of the cars themselves. I have always had a very positive experience with this dealership and the coffee is great!. Just popped in to get my car serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a new Corolla. GR Recieved fantastic service from the sales team Charlie Clark and his manager Nicolai. All paperwork was completed effortlessly and everything clearly explained. I have now bought 4 cars from this dealer with good service everytime i visit. Lastly the front off house staff were as always when I visit the showroom very helpful and kept us plied with coffee and biscuits, thank you.....

After having a bad experience with two other Toyota dealers, We visited Steven Eagell Toyota Worcester last week to purchase a Toyota CHR. Everybody there were so nice and professional. Ashley was our sales person, he was really helpful and punctual. He was able to accommodate all the financial paperwork so that we could take the car on the same day as we came from a distance.I recommend this dealership highly.

Every time I visit Toyota Worcester I seem to experience a disappointment. I was telephoned at 12:40pm with a service status update and was also informed that my car would be ready for collection at 3pm. I arrived at 3:35pm and waited, and waited, for 45 minutes. Finally I was served, without apologies for the wait. Additionally, I had been contacted by phone and email by the dealership about having my car valued. The valuation was to be provided when I collected my car. Upon enquiring, I waited another 10 minutes to then be informed that their hadn't been time to compile the valuation. I departed the dealership disappointed, again. I say again, because the last time I visited the Toyota Worcester dealership (3 years ago), they lost my contact details (a failure of GPDR), kept my car overnight without informing me (inconveniencing me as I needed it the following day), and when I contacted the dealership, they blamed me for not providing my contact details (which they had, but mislaid). Unfortunately, my experiences with the Toyota Worcester dealership doesn't inspire confidence, irrespective of who owns the franchise.

Exchanged Yaris hybrid for new car, as usual the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Charlie, Nickolai, Andy and Keith were very happy to assist in any way, always a pleasure to visit the dealership.

Recently bought a new Toyota as part exchange. The service was both quick and detailed. Charlie was a great sales executive, giving me the best options and a range of costs. Very complete and happy service throughout the process, keeping everything stress free too.After 3 weeks of my new car I still remain exceedingly happy. Will definitely return when I am looking for my next new car, and will recommend to anybody looking for a new car and great service.
