Apple Orchard Camping & Caravan Site

Great campsite, owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The grass is kept in a good condition so you don't end up with a tent/caravan full of grass like on other sites we have visited. The cafe food is amazing...the cooked breakfast went down a treat. Toilet facilities are great, only thing I would say is the push button showers need to stay on slightly longer as found myself hitting the button every 5 seconds and when you are trying to shampoo not ideal but that's minimal. Love the donkeys on site.... they are a great attraction for the kids to stroke them. Play park is well equipped to keep the kids active. I would definitely visit again! A+

Looking forward to our weekend break again at Apple Orchard, been coming here since Caroline and Dave opened it ,one of the friendliest sites we have been too and we have been to many ,always spotless utilities and fantastic food and beverages.

Apple Orchard Campsite is the most awesome place, Carolyn and Dave and their whole team, Theresa and Kerry and all the girls and boys work sooooo hard, nothing is too much trouble.We've been going here for ages and will be going again next year

We have stayed at a lot of campsites over the last few years and this is one of the best we've experienced. The facilities are excellent - very clean toilet blocks and showers, and plenty of them, separate washing up and laundry sinks, a great little cafe and shop with food (excellent pizzas) and even draft beer, and a nice play area with seating nearby for parents. The campsite is level and well-drained and pretty quiet considering the number of pitches. They also have pods available and pre-bookable pitches with electric hook-ups. Finally, the owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay here for three nights and would come again.

Amazing staff, all of them very friendly, happy to help and tell you all about the animals (they clearly well looked after and loved) and the apple orchard itself. Toilets and showers was clean, the cafe/bar inviting and food was lovely. The pod was wonderful. peaceful location will definitely go again.

Lovely little gem of a campsite, Cafe Bar area adequate enough for the size of the site, great facilities, Kids play area next to the farm was a nice touch. Unable to find a dog walking route, but the field is big enough to walk round. Reasonably priced to stay here, and the food was really good. Service Excellent!

Great campsite with a completely open space outside the pitches allowing plenty of space for the kids to play out of harm's way. Like the bar and the food and the extra bonus of donkeys and goats on site was great tooOnly down side was that everyone in the area raved about the cider that's made there and it was sold out.

We absolutely love coming to Apple Orchard, it is always friendly, the owners are very welcoming and will always be there if you need them, it’s quiet with wonderful views, you may hear the donkeys from time to time, but it’s a lovely sound. The loos and showers are well kept and very clean, it’s spacious and there are disabled facilities to, which helped me immensely. The electric barrier isn’t a worry, you pay £15, for a key fob to make the barrier lift and close, but get it back after you hand in the fob. In fact, it’s even more secure, but it’s always been very secure to us. The pods are clean and very comfortable, it’s like a home from home. We have been numerous times and will be back again. We absolutely love it. The owners are very welcoming of dogs and ours love the field we are in, it’s always peaceful and clean, it’s a real joy. Thank you all.xx
