They're a trust worthy mechanics to get your car working or fixed but there is a lack of customer service.Quite defensive as well, I went to get my car mot'd and they said it came to £52 (the full mot price they can charge) I said to them I was under the impression it was £32 as I'm a bigger and mots usually cost this amount. They then said I should have gone to a different garage and that our mechanics aren't going to stoop that low on pricing as their time is valuable and so on. Put me right off!My car failed the mot but luckily they did a return within 10 days and we'll Re mot it for free.Expensive and defensive, but they get the job done.

Had a catastrophe with the suspension on my son's car, which he was proposing to drive down to somerset!. I called in at the garage and explained my predicament. They said bring it along and we'll fix it this afternoon. They took down the front suspension which was in bits and sorted it all out in time for my son to hare off to the west country. They didn't charge the earth either. This is not the first time they've helped us out either. Not only is this a good garage with excellent mechanics they are also really nice people.

If you can't get hold of anyone right away it's because they're busy focusing on the cars. The mechanics who work here have real attention to detail and love for the job, trustworthy and upfront, if you have any problem with anything just say and they'll sort it.
