From the moment we met Fraser, we knew he would be the perfect wedding photographer for our special day at One Devonshire Gardens. He was relaxed, friendly and full of great ideas. On the day of the wedding, he melted into the crowd and unobtrusively photographed us, our guests and all the key features of the ceremony and reception. The photographs are absolutely fantastic - Fraser's eye for detail is superb and he has surprised us with numerous beautiful shots of us getting ready, the wedding ceremony, the cake cutting and the first dance. My particular favourites - an impromptu shot of us out on the main road by the venue, a photograph that really sums up our closest friendship (with me, as usual, eating!) and...oh wait, they're all amazing! The final photographs were sent to us on a beautiful wooden memory stick inside a wooden box with a thank you card - a lovely touch from a lovely man. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fraser if you are looking for stylish, reportage-style photographs and I guarantee he will be a welcome addition to your big day!

We could not recommend Fraser enough for wedding photography. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the pandemic when we had to reschedule our wedding 3 times. He was always responsive and friendly in his pre-wedding emails and then when we met him for the first time he made us feel like we were speaking to a friend.On the day, he was punctual and went out of his way to make sure he captured the bridal party and the grooms party. For the rest of the day, we barely noticed he was there but he managed to capture some brilliant moments and got some great candid shots of all our guests. We received a huge number of photos and every one of them was fantastic. His style is to make you as relaxed as possible and we had a great laugh with him. Thanks for everything Fraser!

Fraser took some headshots of me for my freelance business and they were exactly what I was looking for - informal and relaxed, and really high quality - I’m uncomfortable in front of the camera but Fraser made me feel completely at ease. We have also recently collaborated together on a project as I subcontracted him to take some marketing images for a client of mine whose website I was developing. The shots he provided of my client’s workplace were spot on and really showed off the business in a great light, both me and my client were delighted!

Fraser was commissioned to photograph a business event we hosted in Edinburgh - the brief was varied, from photos of the speakers in action, to group photos, a portrait of one individual, and images of the audience engaging in discussions and networking over lunch. He took time to properly understand what we wanted from the photography ahead of the event, he was prompt and professional throughout, and managed to accomplish everything we needed without any fuss. The photographs we needed immediately were provided as discussed, and the quality and range of images exceeded our expectations.

We'd been looking for some family shots, but wanted a less staged setting. We arranged to meet Fraser at a nearby parkland to captured my daughters having fun in the outdoors. They can be a bit shy, but Fraser put them both at ease very quickly and we've got some wonderful family shots. A fantastic way of capturing happy memories!
