John and his helper moved a beautiful, old German concert piano down some pretty tricky stairs into my flat. The service couldn't have been better, the craic was second to none and the whole thing was done quickly and efficiently - guaranteed me a customer for life!

We called in to the Full Octave at the weekend to ask some advice about buying a violin. We were given excellent advice about where to go and who to speak to and also were given the names of some potential tutors. John and Liz were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We would recommend popping in to see them if you have any musical questions (or fancy becoming Morris dancer as John will try to enlist you!)

For the last 12 months I've been looking to purchase an upright, acoustic, piano to replace my previous digital one. Having visited several music shops, a friend recommended the Full Octave...I orginally planned to purchase a used Yamaha U1, mainly because they are a reliable, well-known brand. However, I changed my mind after trying out a brand new Feurich- Model 122. Universal". (Previously I had not been familiar with the German brand).Both are certainly good quality instruments and are in a similar price-range
