The best massage i have had in leicester. I highly recommend Janet. I tried her massage for the first time today and she was amazing. I had alot of knots on my neck and shoulders and have been to many places before and its the first time ive felt relief straight away after the massage. Very spacious rooms and very clean and friendly.Will be coming back.Thanks again

Sharon was able to fit me in with one of Natural Wellbeing’s massage therapists on super short notice and I was in and out in an hour and feeling much better. I requested a deep tissue massage and the type I got this time used feet which surprised me but worked very well. The facility is really clean and peaceful. I would like to go back again and try different styles. Syston is fortunate to have such a business.

Really bad service!!! Rude and very unprofessional staff. If you call the number the lady who answers isn't even at the shop. The apparent masseuse don't speak English and are paid peanuts. They offer extra services. if you don't take them up they basically just waste your time and charge you £40.Will not return

The 60 minute deep tissue massage is absolutely the best I have ever had, wonderfully relaxing whilst still brutal enough to get right to the centre of my tired, stressed, bone deep aches. I highly recommend that you try this if you want to feel those muscles open up and melt. And if you have time you might just get a scalp massage too!

I feel like I have wasted £45 going for this massage I asked for a deep tissue massage but all they did was put oil on my body and rub me don’t go here unless you want to waste your time the staff is really unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing

I rarely take the time to write reviews but this was so terrible that I felt compelled to. Asked for a Tui Na massage. She started off just with a towel over me and pressing gently - usually this is just to warm up the muscles. After 15 mins had to ask if this was going to continue for the rest of the hour? Oil- extra £25. Use hands - extra £10. Not only that, but when I said I'll settle at the end (am lying on my front trying to relax), was told I either need to pay now or end the massage?! I had already coughed up £40 before we began bear in mind. Her phone also kept going off throughout. All in all a terrible experience. Would avoid.

Free car park at the back. She used a massage stone that was absolutely painful especially when she rubbed it against the bone, I wasn't impressed at all with the massage and will definitely not be back, and BTW she also offers body to body massage, which I totally didn't want, next time I will not find massage again on gumtree
