They had forgotten my can of drink so when I called I got told I was lying and that they had put it in they were extremely rude and never again would I order from here which is a shame because we usually order from here a lot. Their service was awful!! Rude rude people!!!!

Made an order online and was cancelled a few minutes later, called them and was greeted by a very rude woman who said there was an incomplete address which i never had a issue with before and they could of just called me to confirm, but she said she wouldn't do that and just instantly cancels orders. I wouldn't mind if she spoke to me properly and not like a dirt.

Food is great, but called the restaurant to give feedback as I asked for a call when my delivery was here as my family is asleep, but they rung the doorbell woke up my family so I called to mention they should check the “special note section” but got nothing but sworn at, the man was okay but the woman was an absolute joke! Shame, foods half decent.

So we used to love Queens but we recently had a kebab and it wasn’t nice at all really dry and tasteless. But we got recommended there pizzas, we did the deal of 2 medium pizzas, 2 sides, 2 drinks and 2 dips. I must say the sizes were amazing and the chose of sides, we had chips with cheese and chicken both really good. The pizza was amazing, so cheesy didn’t cut back on the toppings with this deal it made it so worth it I couldn’t recommend them more for there pizza. Will be ordering again, thank you!

One star is to generous I would t give it anyAbsolutely disgusting !!! I’ve never brought from there before and I never will againMy food was greasy & tastelessI asked for a certain time and they brought it round an hour early which I had to wait for my guest to turn up at 7 and eat cold kebabNot happy !!

Been ordering from Queens for a good few years now. Tend to either have either a chicken or lamb kebab or pizza deal. Never had a bad meal and orders have always turned up pretty fast. Portion sizes are always good and the food is always hot and well presented.
