Atrocious place with unprofessional staff. I gave this place 3 chances and in each case I was met with poor service and they never have croissants. If you keep running out of croissants then the solution is to order more ???So basically I now just make my own coffee with a thermos and buy some cheap and decent croissants from the nearby Waitrose and eat it at the park. Way cheaper and more pleasant than dealing with the people in there.

Was passing on my drive home and stopped for a coffee and cake and I must say that I've never met such unfriendly and unhelpful staff who don't listen. Never had this experience in any other Costa and I drive all over the country with my work

Visited Friday 11th Feb at 5.15. Greeted by a miserable female staff member who had forgotten how to smile and decided to pretty up the cakes while we patiently waited to order without acknowledgement. There was no one in front of us, when we did order she made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Sat at a table that hadn't been cleared from the last people. Just not a great experience at all.

Friendly service and a good range of drinks and snacks available.Whilst I would prefer to support the two local coffee shops over a chain, it is always possible to get a seat here.There are toilets here.

Keep cancelling Uber eats orders claiming they don’t have coffee or cakes in stock. Has happened multiple times. When you go in there you’ll find that they are not out of stock if any of the items.LAZY STAFFABOUT TIME SOMEONE TOLD MANAGEMENT WHAT’S GOING ON DOWN THERE

I had ordered a coffee as a take away in a take away cup just before the store was closing. As I left the shop the server lowered the shutters on my head. When I complained to the people that run this franchise, the reply given was lack of communication skills from the server in that she thought I wanted to drink my take away coffee in the shop whist they closed it. That felt like a non-truth and so I will not be using this coffee place again. Much better coffee shop opposite.

Very unfriendly staff! Asked politley for a high chair and staff member just slammed it down without even wiping it down it has visible crumbs on it. I said thank you no response from staff member not even a smile. Tables are dirty, cups not being cleared away when there are 4 staff members standing behind till. Do not recommend this branch at all!

I visit this coffee shop very often.They are supposed to do cold frappé drinks. But there is a problem; anytime I want to drink a frappé, they don't have ice. The staff told me it was not their fault; they were not helpful. A disappointed customer.
