Excellent professional and friendly service

Twiggy my Border Terrier is a very excitable friendly little girl - living with two rather elderly humans. Show Off Day Care have been just brilliant at giving Twig a good time once a week and a smart hair cut to boot. Can't rate the staff highly enough - all three of us are truly delighted. Thankyou all.

Very pleased with the service provided and the way my dogs were cared for whilst in their care. The grooming was done exactly as I wanted.

I took my dog here for a groom and doggy day care. When I dropped her off at 9:00am, I told them that I would pick her up as late as possible (5:30pm).I received a text at 3:55pm to say she was ready. I didn't see the text until I was leaving work just before 5:30pm. I sent them a text that I was on my way.When I got there, I was told that I was late (5 minutes) and that I would be charged an extra £5 (fine). The total bill was £60.50.I complained and all he could say to me was we texted you at 3:55pm and we charge everyone extra if they are late.They are only interested in money. They only take cash (no credit cards).There are better places to take your dog.

I took my 13year old labradoodle Lucy here to be groomed on tuesday 09/11/21. She has been groomed here several times with no problems. When I picked her up she didn't seem her normal bubbly self and then when she got home I noticed blood on the carpet . When I checked, one of Lucy's claws was bleeding because it had been cut too short. I also noticed a large area on her tail with a chunk of hair missing, grazed skin and an exposed wart which had been bleeding.When we rang the groomers they were very defensive and made excuses that her tail must have been matted, it was not. They also said that sometimes claws can bleed and when I asked why they hadn't mentioned it, they said it must have clotted before I picked her up. Not once did I get an apology.I am very dissapointed in the attitude and service from Show off dog grooming. Anyone can make a mistake but it's important that they should have informed me and at least when challenged admitted it. Lucy will certainly not be going to Show Off Dog Groomind again.

Our dog absolutely loves going to day care. He only goes every so often but is so excited as we are driving up the drive and then runs off to play as soon as he is off the lead. He has been going since he was 12 weeks old and it has been amazing to help with his socialisation and learning boundaries and play with lots of other dogs. The staff are great and it is definitely worth the money and how accommodating they are booking him in ad hoc and sometimes last minute. It it clear that a late pick up will be charged as the close at 530 so any later than that without notice will mean staff have to stay behind.

Very organised and welcoming. My dog settled very quickly. Staff were on hand to play with and encourage all dogs. Alfie had a great time
