Ryman Stationery

It's a stationery store which sells paper, paper products, printers etc.. DHL express service point is inside this business. The store was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and available for any queries. I even found some printers at a lower price than it appeared on the websites. For printing bulk documents, they do a favorably lower price. As there were no titles on the aisle, it's a bit tricky to find the items.

The worst customer service in my life. In first place I bought laser printer hp 150nw for 209 pounds. From first day didn't work proper After few days I decide to return it. After bring it back to shop lady told me she cant take it back because first should be fix, so I should call to HP Helpline. She just ignored me when I said I would like return it anyway. After few days when I brought that printer second time to shop she just told me she cant give me a refund becouse box was already open. So i stuck with unwanted printer and over 200 pounds less. I Never coming back any more.

Went into store today a lovely polite young man, helped me sort out some inportant printing, need some more so some more like him, a lady was also helpful

Lovely, helpful staff and lots of good deals. Great service on every visit and asked if I would like a bag and the receipt with a smile. Great experience on every visit.

Apart from selling stationary (Yes! Ryman sell stationary, unheard of right!!) this Ryman has a Western Union Counter. Unlike some of the smaller shops who just tell you theirs is broken or they don't have any money, this WU works!This review will be focusing on my experience in this store with WU.The staff knew what they were doing (which is more than the other shops I tried) and the whole process of receiving funds was simple. Staff were polite and the store was very clean and tidy too. There were a few folk loitering about near the enterence awaiting their vice but the store can't help this. I would recommend Ryman as a Western Union store and the sheer range of stationary available is mind blowing. Who knew you need more than a pen, pencil and ruler!

If you don't own a printer. This is the best place to get things printed. Email them what you need printing, while in store and they print it.Try to have a few things you need printed because there is a £2.50 first payment, then after 25p for black/white and 80p colour for each print.Your data is deleted afterwards. You can see them deleting it.
