Excellent two man and van team. The Guys arrived promptly and were polite and very efficient in moving my large items from Aberdeen to Ellon. Some of the larger items were difficult and very heavy and they were safely loaded and transported by the team. Martin

Fantastic service, the team arrived bang on time and got everything shifted way faster than I was expecting - the team worked incredibly hard. I thought the price was very very reasonable for the service offered. I would definitely recommend, if I'm moving again I'll go straight back to these guys.

Just had the guys deliver me a piano - 10/10 service. It was an awkward job and the piano was super heavy. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone :D

I can’t believe the stress and panic this company put me under. I had booked with Rob on 24th May for the 1st of July for 9am.On the day of moving, it got to half past and still no show so I called up only for him to tell me that he had 2 jobs to do before he could reach me and he had me in for after lunch time! He then proceeded to shout at my partner down the phone and accused him of being aggressive. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy, don’t risk making what is meant to be an exciting day very stressful. Avoid this company at all costs.

Great Service at Short Notice for a small job. Had been in touch with Rob earlier in the year to quote for treadmill collect and deliver. Having finally sold the treadmill I was fitted in for that week. Comms were good on pick up time and delivery made to the buyer as planned. Guys were friendly, very quick and careful in moving it.

Jamie and Arthur did a great job of transporting our daughters furniture from Aberdeen to Glasgow.They arrived on time and were quick and efficient when loading the furniture and wasted no time in unloading in Glasgow even when it was up 4 flights of stairs! Everything arrived in one piece undamaged. My daughter was delighted with the service provided and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Aberdeen Removals & Storage again.

I booked a moving with “Rob” for 24 September (Sunday) at 10 am. No one showed up at 10.15, so texted “Rob” for confirmation. He said he was on holiday and gave me the number of his colleague. I called that colleague and he said no one told him to work on Sunday. I texted back “Rob” and he doubted my appointment (because it was on Sunday, and no one was supposed to work I guess). I quoted the text message to him to prove and he disappeared.It is a complete joke. If I could give -1 star, I would. Just avoid at all costs. Absolutely irresponsible.

Can't really fault the work or attitude overall, they did what was asked and were pleasant to deal with.However, I was left with a sour taste from how the bill was worked out: Liberties were taken:Charging for a whole extra hour each day, when they only worked ten or so minutes into that extra hour. They didn't account for frequent breaks, a lunch stop, or providing fewer staff than promised for the first few hours on day one. One guy stood in the van the entire time on day two and did almost nothing. They were also very late for an agreed start time on day one and didn't finish packing, which meant it was still being completed on day two at the higher rate.We found the boxes we were paying for occasionally had little in them and were probably not actually needed.I'd have expected some acknowledgement and an attempt to compensate for some of these issues when presenting the bill, but they did not do so. They also make it very hard to get a full quote, ahead of the move, like others offer.Quibbles with the bill aside, they did a good job with the actual move and there were no serious faults with the removal work.*Update regarding response below; The review outlines in detail why you did not warrant better than three stars and I've tried to be fair and constructive with that award. I note you did not disagree with anything other than the number of stars awarded. If you value customer feedback, please try to improve your service in the areas mentioned.
