Previously went to someone else and had a bad experience but since receiving treatments from Lauren iv got nothing bad to say. She’s polite and lovely. Always checkes up to see how things are after.

Had an absolutely amazing time training with Visage, they made sure i felt fully confident and provided loads of models for practicals. Would 100% reccomend for all your aesthetic training needs.

Got my lips done and was left with hard lumps and bumps. I’ve contacted the practitioner multiple times and never received any help, been left on read multiple times and wasn’t able to accommodate me. I’ve asked multiple times if I am able to come in to get someone to look at them and the messages kept getting ignored. Very poor service!

Booked in for my hair and makeup for my birthday only to be let down an hour before my hair appointment with a text. Tried to call salon also message through Instagram to see why the appointment was cancelled no answer. Turned up at the salon for my makeup appointment to be told the girl hasn’t been in all day, tried to message on Instagram only to be told 10 minutes after the appointment she is at home. So I left the salon feeling extremely disappointed with neither my hair or makeup done.Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend using this Salon.

Lauren did my lashes and liquid rhinoplasty. Lauren was really kind and attentive. Provided me with good after care information and was extremely accommodating. She listened to me and what results I wanted during the consultation and provided an excellent service.

I left an honest Treatwell review about the hairdresser here which has been queried so I am sharing a photo to show why you should not have your hair cut here. I was pleased with the blow-dry which was curly, but later found when straightening my hair that the layers were completely uneven as photographed, which the blow dry had hidden. This was because the hairdresser rushed my appointment because she was trying to do myself and another clients hair at the same time due to poor time management.Ps I referred to two rooms meaning the room where you cut my hair and the room where you wash the hair. Please accept honest feedback when it is given. It was not just a case of needing to be somewhere 15 minutes after my appointment. I messaged you the day before to reconfirm the appointment and asked how long it would take and you advised approximately 45 minutes. I was in the chair for over an hour and a half because you accepted a significantly late client which you should take into consideration when managing your time and appointments, and it would have been longer if I hadn't called you to ask you to finish my hair.

Wow, well where do I start!!! I have used Visage for the past 3 years and I have always received amazing treatment and absolutely loved my results from the girls who work here.Hannah is the ultimate hair queen, over the years she has styled and dyed my hair in a variety of different ways/ techniques, each and every time I have loved my results from her. Hannah has gave me some fab transformations and my hair is always left in perfect condition after leaving the salon.I have visited Megan H for make up, brow lamination, lash lifts and lip blush, I have been impressed with all of my results from these treatments. Meg is an absolute magician with a make up brush, when she has done my make up for special events my face has always looked flawless and I’ve felt so confident upon leaving the salon.More recently I have received aesthetics treatments from Lauren in the salon, the consultation before hand made sure I was happy with my results and Lauren answered all of my questions with confidence, she is soooo knowledgeable and is amazing with all of her students.Overall I would recommend this salon to anyone. They have moved to a new premises over the past year which is gorg. All of the girls put you at ease instantly and make you feel so comfortable. I love that I can visit the salon and the atmosphere is always so up beat, everyone is always having a laugh, chatting or having a little sing along to the music playing. The girls are all so down to earth and are always up for a chat during treatments, whether that’s offering a listening ear, giving advice or simply listening to you rant about things going on in life hahaha. If you are looking for a salon in Liverpool that does it all, this is simply it! ❤️

DO NOT do your aesthetics training at Visage with Lauren! I paid for 2 full days of training and received 2 half days, I was given one training manual for 5 different methods of filler I was learning & I wasn't shown how to mix up botox correctly. Since leaving my training I tried to contact Lauren on multiple occasions and she took 4+ days to reply. Lauren also provided me with some filler and Botox to use on my models, she sent me botulax which is an illegal botox product to use in the UK! I have since retrained with another company and can confirm everything Lauren taught me was very uninformative and wrong. Avoid and save your money!
