Good service but fault easily rectified within minutes was charged at full call out rate. I accept that call out included time on site but still !!!!!!!

Very helpful. They have cut keys for an old Victorian safe, which had no master key with which to work from. Brilliant! I will be getting my old 5 lever mortice locks combinations changed and recut with them.Brilliant lock smiths.

I had a complicated bifold door issue and he came out, took the whole lock mechanism off and left me with a functioning door. Very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable too.

I visited two specialist key cutters, trying to get a snapped key copied. They both said they could not help me at all due to the age and rarity of the key, as it was off a 1954 lambretta. Stokes & Sons remade up the key not from the original but from the pins inside the lock and the new key was ready the same day. Fantastic!A quality job, and a very good price, I really recomend!!James.

Spot on service. Marcus arrived late in the day (it was past 7pm), sorted out our backdoor so it closed and locked again swiftly and professionally. Fixed a potentially costly headache with no drama at short notice. Highly recommended!
