Jump In Trampoline Parks: Elstree

staff are rude, unhelpful and extremely poor with the service they give. we had a birthday party booking (booked 3 months in advance) they were very happy to take the booking and my money - booked party room and was self catered. when we arrived on the day we were told we can't have our own food, we were told our numbers and ages for the children were not what they booked for we had to show them a number of emails to show that we were in fact right and that the staff on the day had the wrong information. the manager short guy with dark hair is just obnoxious and makes things up as he goes along. we were not given the party room as agreed and paid for instead given the studio which was disgusting- very unclean, mirrors has grease marks all over the kitchen area was filthy, was definitely not suitable for a childs birthday! when i emailed to complain about the day i was instead told that they were willing to pay me for the studio however what the charged me for the party room and what they where refunding didn't match then i questioned this i was sent an arsey email back and then told that they will to refund anything.i received emails for 4 different person when complaining each one unable to apologise for their mistake or rectify anything. i would have been happy with a sympathetic apology but didn't even receive that. the manager i was complaining about was the one who ended up dealing with the complaint which makes no sense to me- how will he deal with a complaint about him?! they wasted our jump time, added stress to the guests and myself, came in during out party when my child was opening her gifts yelling at us to get out as our time was up. absolutely disgusting customer service the whole thing was chaotic, what should have been a beautiful memory of our daughters birthday was just a very upsetting day!DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES THERE !

It's a lovely trampoline play place with a nice soft play for the little kids. It's got a big wavy slide, a ball pit, and a little baby sensory area.The cafe was nice with nice food.They have trampolines for kids, which are not too bouncy, and another set of big trampolines for the adults and older kids

My children loves this place. We went with our family and friends for a pre birthday celebration and it was just awesome. Friendly staff and good toddlers area as well along with a viewing gallery for people who just want to watch.

So much space for toddler session, great variety of activities and great spacious cafe, staff friendly and felt they ensured everyone was safe unike similar places we have been

Excellent place to come for some fun for the whole family. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and it's always brilliant. My 9 year old and I burnt some calories whilst having such fun. It's very safe and clean and there are other activites to do such as the kinda stuff seen on wipeout that was mega fun. The food isn't the best but it suffices for quick and easy food to feed hungry mouths.

I hosted a birthday party at jump in for my little one. The whole experience was great thanks to the Myer (the manager) and the party host (Millie). They were very quick to respond to my queries and made sure the party went perfectly.

We had a lovely time there. Our daughter really enjoyed it, and the pizza was lovely!A little soft playbarea for little kids and a big one for older toddlers.There's separate trampolines for younger toddlers and separate for older people. Big slide and inflatable slide

Warning to all Mum's of toddlers- toddlers take over is NOT SAFE for toddlers. When I went a teenager was allowed to jump freely on the trampolines (meanwhile I was told off for going anywhere near my 2 year old on a trampoline)- see video's attached. We had a very near miss with this girl which could have had a very nasty ending. My poor 2 year old was devastated and is now terrified of trampolining (understandably). Staff were disinterested and allows this for the entire hour of supposed toddler only time- she was jumping the entire length of the trampolines at great speed! So dangerous! They are asking for a catastrophic head injury to happen!!

This is the worst place we have ever been to.First, we are asked to put a positive review to get a free drink to which we were then denied. The toddler area is unsafe as gates are constantly left open, placing toddlers at risk of injuring or running off.Drinks and food prices are extortionate, we bought slushies and when we requested straws we were informed that they didn't have any and were given spoons!I would not recommend wasting your money here.

Excellent place. Took my 3 year old grand daughter to soft play and small trampoline park..she loved it. Place clean, plenty of tables to eat and drink at. Staff friendly. Will definitely go again.
