The absolute worst experience I’ve had doing my nails! Firstly I came with my newborn and my 6 year old daughter and we were at the shop for almost 4hours. The service was slow! I asked to do chrome and to ensure the corners of my nails were rounded and this was not done properly.I was convinced by a nail tech not to do chrome as it’s more money but I believe it’s because they did not know what they were doing. Once the nail was completed they looked like a normal colour only one nail was chrome and the corners were still sharp. When I complained the nail tech got angry and said it was my fault because I kept taking my hand out of the dryer once the light was off and the time was up. Both hands looked different too!One of the other nail techs explained that it didn’t come out properly because it wasn’t dried. He helped me round the corners but my nails were not fixed. As I was leaving the shop, he then said next time I should find childcare. My children were no problem at all the service and quality of the nails were extremely poor. I haven’t even had the nails on for one day and they have already chipped off.I definitely do not recommend and I will never come back again!

I really didn't want to leave this review but I know I would appreciate seeing the truth before I trust a service provider.I have been a customer at Linhs for almost 6 months now and I love the quality of my nails each time I do them; they never chip or fade and grow out still looking good.My issue is the service. Everytime I have done my nails, I have left with a cut or multiple cuts on my fingers, toes or both. At first, I thought this was just an accident and I let them off but when this happens every single time, something is not right.Once I leave, I am in agony for a few days while these cuts heal before I can fully enjoy my new nails. On one occasion, I literally could not walk as the cuts on my toes were so deep after my pedicure. This is not how it is meant to be.The staff do apologize when this happens but I would rather it doesn't happen in the first place.Last week, when I visited, I was not at all happy with the design painted on my nails. It looked nothing like the image I had shown the technician so I asked for the design to be changed. He was not happy with my request and proceeded to tell me that customers were leaving the shop because of me.Having been a loyal customer since I moved to Gravesend, I definitely expected more on the one occasion I expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided. The tech continued to complain throughout his time of changing my design and finally, once he was done with the change, he admitted that it now looks a lot better".Once again

Really good qaulity nail work, friendly atmosphere, this is my go to place !!! Proper way to do nails!!!!

My go to! Really lovely guys and always do my French tips/pedicure right - never have to ask them for changes or tweaks.
