So pleased with our decision!We were recommended Craeft by our builder when looking for a new kitchen. We arranged for a home consultation and were impressed with Ryan’s knowledge and design ideas.However, the devil on my shoulder wanted to visit the main “high street” showrooms. Before I knew it we were being pushed into signing on the dotted line, mostly because they offered finance, even though there were a few things we weren’t happy with.Luckily our builder helped us put the brakes on and encouraged us to call back Ryan. HE WAS AMAZING!! We explained our situation and he was patient and understanding. We showed him the quote we were given and he not only redesigned it to make it better (quartz worktops for one), he also came out £3,000 cheaper!There were a couple of hiccups during the fitting process (our fault) but the fitter Tony and the Craeft team overcame them with full efficiency.We have been so pleased with the quality of the result, my in laws have now ordered a kitchen from the handmade range which I know is going to be stunning.Thank you so much!
