Communications were slow, promises of call backs didn't materialise and deadlines were not met with no prior advice given. Two visits to the workshop were met with locked doors and no sign of life. Wouldn't recommend.

Just recently had worktops fitted by Jo and Gareth and the team and I am very happy with the final result. Jo was prompt with emails and adjustments as necessary. Measuring of the worksurfaces and fitting of the tops were done on the agreed days. The team are very friendly and the worktops were fitted and look absolutely great

What a great family business and sense of humour. It was a pleasure to deal with Jo and Gareth, from phone conversations and being able to visit their site and look at proper slabs rather than tiny samples we were able to find the right choice for our kitchen. The templating and measuring was interesting, our walls bend in and out! But, Gareth managed to get it all made and fitted on time and at a great price.

We have had 30mm Quartz Ireni fitted.There is no showroom but our visit to the workshop was good- you do have to dig around but we were supported to find a product we liked. This is ultimately reflected in the lower price which we support!Communications were slow but Jo explained she had been unwell and was apologetic when we did speak to her.Templating is done on paper rather than software.The lead time for install was 3 weeks from templating and unfortunately at our fitting, it was found one piece didn’t fit satisfactorily. We were given three options to rectify it and we chose to have the piece recut. Communication about the refit wasn’t perfect but ultimately we got the new piece in within 10 days.We found the price to be extremely competitive (and on top of that we asked for and were given a “multi kitchen discount” as my parents also got new work tops at the same time) and ultimately we are very happy with our worktops.

Amazing service from this team! Communication na bit slower than my fast paced renovation would have preferred at times, but once arranged they came and fitted beautiful worktops and even sealed our marble coffee table when my husband complained about how delicate it is (or rather was). Definitely a company I will use again!

What fantastic service all round!!We bought our house about a year ago to refurbish and knew we wanted a quartz worktop from the start. We got a price via email and Jo was very helpful, fast to respond and answered the many questions we had. We went to the workshop to have a look and they gave us some nice samples to take home.It took us quite a few months for us to be ready to get it booked in and the price stayed exactly the same as it was originally. The man who came out to template turned up as they said & was very friendly.It only took about a week from templating to having it fitted as they managed to get us squeezed in early. Gareth and Adam (I think) also turned up exactly on time, were thorough and were very nice workmen. We’re over the moon with our new worktop, it looks great, has been left tidy and has finally finished our kitchen off. They also mentioned if we have any problems to let them know any time.We’ve had a lot of different tradesmen in our house since starting and these guys would be at the top of our list for service. Just want to say huge thanks to Gareth, Jo, and the whole team at Norfolk Granite Works. They stepped in after another company were unable to meet our timescales and not only planned, designed, and fitted within our tight timescales but were considerably cheaper!Quite simply the quality of the service, material, and fitting was faultless. We chose Calacatta Supreme Quartz and we are absolutely delighted with the results which have actually surpassed our expectations.Every part of working with the Norfolk Granite Works was superb, if you are within the area, they work within then they would be my starting point for a quartz worktop.Thank you so much guys!

We are absolutely over the moon with our Bianco quartz worktop. Communication and price good and the quality and fit is excellent. Would highly recommend this small family business.

We wanted to change all our kitchen and utility worktops with granite surfaces. We were recommended Norfolk Granite Works by one of the large kitchen retailers who only fitted complete kitchens. We drove to Norfolk Granite Works to speak with them. A visit for a quote was arranged and agreed upon. On the day of fitting the gentlemen arrived and were extremely efficient at removing the old worktops. I had new sink units and cooking hob to be inserted. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and I was very pleased with the final finish. We had granite worksurfaces and upstands installed all round the kitchen and utility room.I can highly recommend using Norfolk Granite Works. It pays to go straight to the people who import the granite and not use a third party. Very good value and very high standard of installation.(Installed in Oct 2019)
