Lock N Quay went to get the parts, returned that night, and stayed there until the work was finished. They come highly recommended by me!

We called late on a Saturday night to ask Paul to attend and gain access for our guests, he was prompt in attending and gained access. What happened next is appalling service, Paul then continued to remove parts from the door that were unnecessary, without consultation with ourselves for the convenience of the guests. The door was left unsecured with the night latch removed. At no point we’re we consulted, but our guests were well informed by Paul on what he judged (incorrectly) as the issue. Consequently the guest have now refused to pay following the discussion with Paul, even though in advance they agreed to cover the costs. Paul would do well to be more discreet when attending jobs and remember who his contract is with and keep them, not interested 3rd parties informed of his actions and concerns. If he had done this we would have explained why the lock worked the way it did and avoided extra costs to us to rectify his mistake and secure our door.
