John came out yesterday at time arranged. Checked out what was required to stop pixiealation on my tv's and comprehensively explained what was required. Subsequently fitted a new external aerial and cable with absolutely no mess. He was on site for over 2 hours and was very reasonable in his charges.Problem now resolved as he stated. I would definately recommend this man
