Absolutely excellent experience with Dr Elvey. My wrist pain has been 100% resolved after seeing him and I am delighted with the result. I found him to be very straightforwards and clear about what the problem was. In addition he had actually looked at my scans prior to me entering his office. In my experience many doctors don't even do that, and when you come in they start scrambling around to look for your notes. Highly recommend.

I have been extremely pleased by Mr Elvey, his professionalism and excellent services. He carried out an operation in my little finger of a giant cell tumour that required removal. Post the operation, I did not need to take a single pill of paracetamol and two weeks post surgery my finger has healed so well that I did not need any further checks or possibly physio follow ups. I would certainly recommend him.

Mr Elvey assisted my husband in an emergency. He was able to accurately predict what had happened before the x rays and scans were carried out which was excellent.I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I broke my finger pretty badly whilst playing tag rugby, but with Michael's expertise and his friendly yet pragmatic approach, my finger healed properly within 12 weeks. I wouldn't wish for an injury on anyone, but if it ever happens, I highly recommend coming here.

I was referred to Mr Elvey for a Dupuytren's contracture. The treatment options were explained carefully; I opted for a fasciectomy which was carried out on 18 September. Mr Elvey's team were excellent - pre-op, anaesthetists, post-op nursing care. I was in for less than half a day and despite being packed off home with painkillers didn't need any. The post-op physio support was very good, too. I've seen Mr Elvey twice and have now (two months later) been discharged. Efficient, effective, great bedside manner; highly recommended.
