Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere.Made my flat white perfectly with a perfect pattern on the top. Along with perfectly heated pastry’s that tasted wonderful.10/10 recommend going.

Another beautiful experience in Costa brent coss, amazed by the customer service of the Bulgarian girl Vanessa, which she even offered to prepare for me a tipical bulgarian dish called Sarmi! Will be back!

the customer service is worst.there was closed the space and nowhere to sit.I asked to open to sit somewhere and she didn't open the space because they already cleaned they said,we are just 2 they said and chatting a lot...4:30 they closed the space already...the short black hair lady was rude...I am standing with my hot chocolate and nowhere to sit and there is space just closed they are lazy to clean again...

Amazing staff and atmosphere.I was served with a smile and the person on the till was very kind and chatty. Good warm pastry, especially enjoyed the cinnamon bun with my dry cappuccino.
