Pretty good, food is kind of uninspiring but I guess that is to be expected. They do have a fully vegan menu now and it's always nice to be included, plus I don't think many other chains go this far to be inclusive of veggies and vegans. I tried the vegan calzone, it was good but not amazing, probably because it lacked cheese. Service is always quite good and it's usually not super busy so it's a nice place to go for a casual family meal.

Had a pleasant meal with excellent service from Lorraine. Friendly and helpful and everything was brought to the table very promptly.Food was great value for money and a lovely treat.

Excellent and friendly service, we had a fantastic deal today also. Food was lovely and service was even better! The duty manager was excellent in responding to a small issue we had and service like this is to be commended. Superb effort F&B! Our 4 year old also loved the free slime and this kept her happy for the entire meal. First class all round.

Delicious food at a very reasonable price and excellent service.The staff were very helpful and alert, they cleared our plates for each course within minutes of us finishing and asked if we needed anything when passing.Food was served within 20 minutes of arriving and was at the perfect temperature.Lorraine at the Llanelli restaurant was delightful, she looked after us well, was very polite and had a good sense of humour.

Visited this evening 14.09.19 between 8.30-9.30. this was an impromptu visit, myself and my 7 year old daughter.There was a warm welcoming atmosphere, greeted by a lovely gentleman who took us to our seats and brought us drinks, good with the small talk too as I'm generally awkward. Ordered a pizza with 2 garlic bread sides off the kids menu and an adults spaghetti Bolognese. Food came really quick, tasted really good and a nice portion size.Our plates were cleared promptly and we ordered a kids vegan choc ice-cream and an adults chocolate waffle. Daughter wasn't keen on the ice-cream (said it tasted coconut) I thought it was nice, waffle was amazing. Massive portion size, best value for money on the dessert menu in my opinion.Our waitress was attentive and engaged with my daughter which was really nice.Will definitely be returning.Thanks for the good food and excellent service ♥️

Had a great experience the other day with Nicole as our waitress. She made an effort with my one and a half year old nephew which was lovely. Very friendly and attentive, and the food was also tasty and the service was quick. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve visited a few times, but this occasion particularly stood out because of Nicole.

Went using a Groupon offer, found the selection very good from the menu. Good service, didn't have to wait long either. Food was tasty, overall good venue.

Had to send my first meal back as it was not what I expected..but the second choice meal was better..lots of better places to eat in Llanelli.

Came here with my 13 yr old Son during half term, so thought I would better book a table, but didn't really need to, although it was rather busy. We have visited previously on numerous occasions, and it's always been a bit hit and miss due to service and speed at which they get the meals out. We ordered from the lunch menu as it's quite reasonable, although drinks are expensive, over £3 just for a coke! We didn't wait too long for our starters, but waited then about 30 minutes for our mains, which wasn't very good. Have to say there has been no improvement with service or speed, but the food was tasty, so a 3 for that.
