Dave answered my email query promptly, and was then able to attend my house the same day.After a conversation and initial assessment, where Dave was able to spot within seconds why i was getting no signal.I was happy to take the advice and have our ancient dish replaced, with new bracket and LMB.Dave was friendly and polite, and the information provided was honest and fair, with recommendations to suit my budget.Replacement was quick, and tidy, and well worth it.Thanks very much Dave for getting me out of a real bind, very much appreciated.I would highly recommend this level of service to anyone.

He identified the problem quickly, provided a very fair quotation and then completed the work promptly and tidily leaving us with a perfect signal.
