Was served by Corey (I think that's how I spell his name). He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. His style of sales is very friendly and I didn't feel pressured to buy. Thanks to him I know exactly what jacket is perfect for my needs and will shop here again.

The staff here are really helpful, but the parent company isn’t particularly good at supplying what customers want.Don’t for example be a regular guy with a size ten foot looking for walking boots. Your only option then is to shop online and hope that your purchase fits, or deal with the admin of returning boxes etc..Also, online sales are approx 40% higher than in-store prices..This company is in need of some serious logistical help. At the moment it presents as a shop front for an online store, but brand loyalty is stretched when the prices online and in shop are hugely different, and you don’t get to try things on

As a presentation store looks good,it suppose to be the biggest in Europe,but for my surprise they hardly have any sizes in store for shoes or clothing, very limited stock and very disappointing that you are wasting time going there and you cannot buy what you want,and I hate shopping online without seeing how something fits and feels.Overall waste of time,how can you not stock your best sellers regardless of season?!!

My favorite place in London. I got all my gears thereThe insulate hard shell I got there works superbly in Iceland. No matter how strong wind blows and rains, it keeps me dry in Iceland!!!The base layer keeps me warm and comfortable while I was climbing a glacier the other day!The brand is one of my favorites for sure
