Terrible experience at this dealer a while ago. When meeting the salesman, I stated from the beginning I was looking for an Insignia SRi vx-line. Immediately, the salesman tried selling me a different model, not the SRi vx-line. I was looking at an Insignia on the forecourt but for some reason the salesman seemed reluctant to show me this car. The salesman then, several times, kept disappearing to “see his manager”. Each time this happened, he was gone for about 15 minutes, and each time he’d come back with a car which wasn’t what I wanted. After a while, his “manager” came and spoke to me himself who was extremely rude. He asked me where I work, and when I answered, his reply was “You must have loads of money”. I forget this man’s name, all I remember is he was ginger. He also asked me what other cars I had been looking at. At the time I had been looking at Nissan Qashqais. He seemed dumbfounded and became confrontational, even asking me why I was looking at two different types of car. Heaven forbid liking two different cars. Eventually an Insignia was presented to me. I wanted to P/X my car where the salesman and manager literally tried to bully me into a PCP deal that they insisted had to be taken “there and then”, even though I stated at the beginning I wasn’t going to buy that day, I was just enquiring to see what there was. Two hours later, I became extremely frustrated and decided to leave the showroom. Upon leaving, the salesman then told me the car I was originally looking at on the forecourt was available! Two hours to go round in one big circle back to the car I originally enquired about. Needless to say, I left without buying a car and most certainly won’t be going back. A master class in how not to treat a customer. Awful customer service from the salesman and even worse from the manager. Only go to this garage if you want to have your time wasted and have a rude angry salesman and his manager attempt to bully you into a deal you don’t really want. Disgusting.

Very satisfied with my vehicles service and MOT. Rang me to let me know when my car was going into the workshop and when it was ready. Collected the next day, couple of bulbs to pay for but my car is on a service plan so nothing else to pay for! It’s nice knowing we don’t have a big bill close to Christmas. Will be booking the car back in for some tyres in the new year.

Vauxhall Bristol Central having closed, Bristol North is now a bit far for me. I had considered using a local garage for servicing but decided instead to try the car collection and delivery service. Everything worked perfectly and I shall be doing this again next year.

From the minute we walked in, we felt at ease, there was none of that daunting feeling you get walking into a car sales showroom. Dan Blewitt was both professional and knowledgeable about the car we wanted to look at but didn't come across as pushy or smarmy like many other salespeople at other dealerships. Dan genuinely seemed to care about our needs and didn't try to push us into anything we didn't want. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Dan himself, we had a great experience and would definitely use again for our next car (which will hopefully not be for a few years!)

Absolutely terrible miss sold warranty sold as a vauxhall warranty when it isn't warranty changed provider several times without notifications. Had tge vehicle 6 month electrical fault leak issues with pedal box apparently wear and tear if you want a vauxhall do not go to drive north clearly vehicle did not have full health check before being sold and very little help when it's gone wrong
