We contracted UK Plumbing to replace our old boiler/tank system for a new combi boiler system, in preparation for some loft work to come. This was completed on time as promised, and to a high standard. Rob and Callum were very good and tidied as they went so there was a minimum of disruption. Pricing is fair especially for a job well done, so I can definitely recommend.

I needed to remove 2 old megaflow tanks from airing cupboards and install 2 new unvented tanks in the loft. I obtained 3 quotes from local and national heating engineers.James, Rob, Liam and Sam came recommended and their quote was competitive. More importantly they were very pro-active and solution oriented when quoting and on the job. The job involved a lot of additional piping work on an old install that was complex (part of a multi-date extension - pipework was like spaghetti junction) and needed to be done in a tight time frame to fit in with bathroom works.Rob was focused on just getting the job done, no matter what cropped up along the way and was great at finding logical solutions to any problem.He and Sam were great to have in the house - friendly, polite, worked really hard. Their pipework is all immaculate and you can tell that the team take real pride in their work - how refreshing!End result is (i) heating / hot water system works better than it ever has - Its more efficient and the water pressure is now amazing! (ii) mess of the pipework has been fixed (iii) it was all delivered on time and the UK Plumbing team interacted brilliantly with the bathroom guys, so I have absolute comfort over the install (iv) decent price. (v) the noises that used to drive us nuts through the old pipework have all gone. Brilliant effort guys.Will be using UK Plumbing again (in fact we're already looking at installing UFH).PS - I don't ever do online reviews, but I'm happy to for the UK Plumbing team and that says it all...

UK plumbing Replaced our boiler and heating system by relocating in our new loft conversion. They were attentive to ensuring we had hot water and not left without heating for very long during the change over and re-installation. They also fitted a new bathroom suite and when the bathroom suite was damaged (at no fault on there part) returned to complete the job at no extra costs. Very professional, trustworthy, excellent time keeping and impressed with the end results. We have had UK plumbing back for our annual boiler service and the service has continued to be of high quality.

“Great service from start to finish, was on holiday when (advanced stages of pregnancy) boiler went awol. Thankfully managed to get hold of UK Plumbing on Monday when I got back, they quoted on Tuesday and by Thursday we had brand new boiler installed and working well all at a great price. (Baby born Friday!!) What a week! Pleasure to deal with these guys, which is more that I can say of other plumbers, who take weeks of chasing and never turn up when they promise when you do finally get hold of them. Great firm, run by an outstanding team.James and his team have done work on my house before (full plumbing refit) to an exceptional level and when I needed a couple of small jobs doing recently they were helpful and explained exactly want needed to be done. Charges are clearly articulated up front and the work was done without a mess. Top notch local firm - highly recommended!

Right from the beginning I had a good feeling about James and I wasn't disappointed. Throughout the whole 3 days they were at my house installing a new water cylinder, James, Rob and his team were extremely professional; arriving on time, always polite, explained things simply and cleaned up well after the work was complete. Excellent service from UK Plumbing. We were moving into an empty house and Rob the engineer made sure the boiler was working properly and also serviced it. James and Cam of UK Plumbing were a very cheerful, professional and efficient team. They were methodical in their approach and intelligent with their solutions to the issues that arose. I was recommended to this firm last year and they did a great job installing a new boiler in my downstairs cloakroom, which was a very small and awkward space to work in! One of their Engineers visited yesterday to carry out an Annual Service. I received an email today with my invoice and also the Gas Safe Certificate for me to print out. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company.
