Friendly and helpful staff, and really nice pool.

Superb in every way. Our large breed Alaskan Malamute has benefitted in so many ways from hydrotherapy at Bilbo's Pet Spa. A rescue boy with many issues. Terrified of water and pretty much everything, I now have a happy, confident lad. He loves the water, is getting fitter and slimmer by the session.We attend Bilbo's Pet Spa twice a week. Our vet is very impressed with our boy's improvement in health and fitness.Step though the doors into this fun seaside themed environment, with quirky pictures, a beach hut dog drying room, and decorations throughout. This is a friendly place and it feels welcoming unlike many very clinical hydrotherapy places.Bilbo's fabulous hydro pool is very large compared to most pools available and my very large lad has plenty of space to swim his laps and play.Marion and her ladies are truly fabulous and are dedicated to the emotional and physical welfare of their hydro attendees. Their qualifications are displayed clearly, as are their pool test results. Their empathy and warmth is something unusal these days. They are highly experienced and constantly upgrading their knowledge and facilities.It is of particular note that they encourage owners to participate in the hydrotherapy sessions as dogs respond so much to additonal stimulation of their owners involvement. From our point of view, this has been an amazing expereince and our boy's bond with us has improved greatly.Bilbo's also have the added bonus of a fully qualified groomer.There is a lovely dog safe garden to socialise in. We've met other owners and their dogs who are equally as enthusiastic as us. From tiny pomeranians to newfoundlands, dogs with paralysis who are making amazing headway to police sniffer dogs learning to swim! Bilbo's caters for ALL!If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would not hesitate to recommend Bilbo's to anyone, and have to many friends and friends of friends.

The hydrotherapy pool is fantastic, one of the few places where you can go in the pool with your dog ifvyou want to. Lovely friendly place and an amazing experience

Just wonderful - my dogs and I love everything about this place and the lovely owner Marion and her staff who do all they can from the moment you arrive to make sure you and your dogs have a great swim and get the most out of each visit whether it be a fitness swim or a rehabilitation session. There is so much to praise at Bilbos but the thing that appeals most to me is being able to get in the water and have endless watery fun with my dogs whilst they just keep getting fitter and fitter. This is especially helpful as one does agility. On the way up to the pool I grab a handful of my dogs favourite toys which just adds to our fun! In addition to the very large hydro pool there will shortly be a treadmill. My two Labs are fitter now than I could ever imagine possible and our 12.5 year old severely arthritic Lab x has even built up muscle in her back legs and with medication and a weekly swim is enjoying a real improvement in her quality of life and mobility. One of our dogs is nervous but Marion and staff won her over in no time and now she can't get through the door fast enough. Bilbos is super clean and yours and your dogs safety is a priority. I'm delighted I can enjoy all this for such a reasonable price too as I get the benefit of a multi dog discount.

Amazing place. The staff genuinely care and make the pets and owners feel very relaxed and confident. You are completely looked after and the results are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Fully qualified team that give a great experience to our dogs. They benefit from the swimming exercise in a big heated pool. A therapy treadmill greatly helps dogs that have issuesThere is a new day care unit, grooming is of a high standard and all round the dogs have healthy fun.Give your dog a wonderful experience

Hello..I was in Hospital for A while..and my 20year old cats coat was in a state.Marion did the most amazing job..came out bathed and groomed..she made me and the mog happy..she is a good spirit ,that did an amazing job.Thanyou Marion
