A V Parts Master

Absolutely delighted with my purchase from AV Parts Master. First they had the camera I wanted IN STOCK now! When they've been out of stock at most places on the internet for the last couple of months and at the moment other places have delivery in 4 to 8 weeks’ time. So very easy to work with AV Parts Master. Called to check the website was correct and the camera is in stock. They said yes, took an order over the phone, sent me an email to confirm the sales order number as the invoice will take a day or so to raise, and the camera has arrived already by next day delivery. I can highly recommend buying a product with them.

I was very impressed with the help and advice from this firm. So nice to have a human to deal with! They checked out my particular requirements - I teach piano and needed a webcam for distance teaching in these weird times - and confirmed specs with their supplier. Service was really prompt, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

Bought a Logitec web camera after being unable to secure one on Amazon (or anywhere else). Stumbled upon AV partsmaster after doing a general Google search for the webcam I wanted. As a creature of habit I was wary of buying outside of my usual websites - Amazon, Currys etc etc.Paid for next working day delivery when I ordered on the Friday afternoon. Was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on the Sunday VIA DPD rather than the Monday.Great quick service and had the product available I needed. Price was slightly above the usual price however I was willing to pay that to get the item that I wanted as it was unavailable anywhere else for 6 - 8 weeks.Overall, a great experience and would use again in future.

We needed to replace some ageing Audio visual equipment for the festival. 2 projectors and several venue speakers, plus a PA system and cabling.Amazing customer services, really went above and beyond to research what we needed to fit our requirements. Great prices and really friendly team.Would 100% recommend and will use again A+++

DON'T BUY IN THIS COMPANY. The worst online purchasing experience ever for our Company. We bought 3 projectors on 31st of December. They accepted our purchase by Credit Card, but on 6th of January they decided" that we weren't a good buyer and refunded without even talking to us

This is scam company. We bought the speakers and they delayed the delivery without any notice. After long time they emailed and said there is delay on delivery so we had to place order elsewhere. We raised the return and then they wanted to charge 25% restocking fee + shipping fee for unwanted goods.Please avoid this company for any kind of hassle. We now have keep the speakers for nothing.

TOLD ME IT WILL COST £30 TO POST A WEBCAM TO N IRELAND !!!!!!! (Which is part of the UK)Royal Mail charges £5.55 to send a 1st Class Signed for parcel up to 2KG*** They are trying to block this same review on TRUSTPILOT ***WHY ? Bought a Casio projector for my man-cave after my old one died a death and couldn’t be repaired. Spoke to AV parts master on the Friday afternoon after a blind panic of possibly no Netflix for the weekend and received my new projector the very next day.Literally cannot fault them.Excellent customer service from contact through to delivery, dead chuffed! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Great service from Matt who sorted out a problem I had with a lamp and sent an immediate email with guidance. Great relief - children will be happy! Thank you and would recommend this company to anyone.
