Out of the Ordinary Weddings

Hazel was our wedding coordinator for mine and Jades wedding on 28/2/22 at the beautiful Cosawes Barton. Following our phone call Hazel helped us get everything ordered and suppliers ready to arrive at the right times and arrange the timings of the day to suit our plan. On the day Hazel arrived and dealt with all the set up and arranging of suppliers and venue (pretty much everything!) she was wonderful & really helped jade relax . This helped us have the most magical day, stress free. We would highly recommend using Hazel for any events you have planned.

Hazel, Kirsty, Beth, and the whole team were phenomenal throughout our wedding week and the months leading up to it. They came in and made our whole week incredibly special, going above and beyond more than once. We couldn’t have pulled it off without them, and more wouldn’t have wanted to do it without them. We had so much fun. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Worked with Hazel and her amazing team as a photographer at one of her big weddings in Cornwall last summer. They are truly the nicest bunch and exactly how I would love a planning team to approach a wedding if I was getting married and great from a supplier perspective as well. They are relaxed and step in only when needed and at all the right moments.

Hazel and her team were truly amazing from start to Finish.In the run up to our wedding she was extremely communicative and solved numerous problems that popped up with the venue. The night before the wedding she went above and beyond setting up and then on the day she made sure everything ran like clockwork, for all of our 160 guests.Cannot recommend her more!

Hazel helped us plan and then her team helped us deliver our wedding celebration at Porth en alls in Prussia Cove. Both Hazel and her team were brilliant throughout. She is a real professional - offering great advice in a friendly way - and her team on the day were great at their jobs as well as lovely people. We really felt Hazel went the extra mile and enjoyed working with her. Could not recommend highly enough.

Hazel and her team were just amazing at my daughter's wedding this September at Boconnoc. Their attention to details was first class, thinking about every aspect of the wedding, liaising with suppliers, helping set up, oversee the day and clear up afterwards. Genuinely don’t know how we could’ve pulled off our day without Rebecca and Grace. Out of the Ordinary were a relatively late booking in our wedding preparations but having a marquee wedding comes with a huge amount of “on the day” logistics that you absolutely do not want to be thinking about as bride and groom.We had nothing to do on the day and wanted for nothing, Rebecca and Grace thought of everything. They, along with our other incredible suppliers, worked together so well (particularly when we weren’t the best at time keeping...), a gentle reminder from Rebecca was exactly what was needed to make sure our day went smoothly.The initial meeting with Rebecca and Hazel, the emails in between, and then Rebecca putting up with my last minute 9pm messages and photographs of how I wanted the tables set up the night before – all seamless. We genuinely have no idea if anything went wrong on the day as Rebecca and Grace dealt with everything. Highly highly recommend, worth every penny.

We celebrated our wedding at the Camel Studio, Cornwall and Hazel was our co-ordinator. Our ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception were all held at the Camel Studio and Hazel was there working hard behind the scenes for the whole day. Everything ran smoothly and like clockwork. She liaised with all of our suppliers and created a timeline with them for our day which worked perfectly. Arrival and departure of the suppliers wasn't noticed and any set needed was done whilst we were enjoying ourselves. Our guests felt that there were no lulls in the day and there was always something going on from the Ceremony to the drinks reception, to the confetti shots and sparklers. They also commented on how relaxed they all felt and enjoyed each part of our celebration. Sam and I were able to fully concentrate on our day whilst Hazel was handling everything else for us.
