I would give 0 out of 5, but that isn't an option.DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT UNRELIABLE ENGINEERS!Requested an engineer to install our new gas fire within a tight schedule, arranged a Saturday morning (we were informed first thing") for the work to commence.Didn't turn upDidn't communicateDidn't offer to rearrangeAfter investigating further it was confirmed that they had taken on too many jobs that day

Fantastic service really professional and helpful had bad experience with a different company these guys restored my faith in boiler engineers highly recommend them

Don’t know why there are two negatives reviews as they are absolutely nonsense. Had a new Bosch 35kw Combi boiler installed recently. Had a few technical faults but were dealt with quickly and professionally. Installation was neat and accurate . The two engineers were very knowledgable , polite and left the place tidy. I would use this company again.

Called to ask for call out regarding oil leak and they came out early next morning

Charged £84 to come out and look at my boiler. Said nothing wrong, yet within a couple of days the boiler wasnt working and resulted in another company HAVING to do £650 worth of REPAIRS. Would NOT recommend this company at all. They obviously prefer to pop out to potential customers for less than 15 minutes and charge alot for it £336 an hour that works out to be, thats a good money spinner!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

A&M Came out to my home outside their catchment area when I couldn't get anyone else. Martin answered all of my questions patiently and was happy to take the time to explain everything he was doing and made constructive suggestions on things to think about attending to before they become expensive problems.I would happily use them again and would be more than happy to pay the extra to have them come out of the area they normally work in.
