Awful company to buy, sell and rent house from. The staff talk down to you like your a child and act as if you don't have a clue. You will contact them multiple times to be told you will be phoned back and never do. They set up houses to be rented for there friends with out the consent of the actual owner of the property. The owner of the house should make final decision NOT SIMON MILLER!!! Far from a helpful service

I would like to say thank you to Sophie and the team at the Snodland branch. Without a doubt the most helpful, friendly and diligent estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. We were purchasing through the snodland branch and even though Sophie didn’t have to she went out of her way to keep us updated and in the loop which helped make what could have been an unbearable process much less stressful.
