Gave an initial good review as sales approach was good. Customer care however is painfully bad. Still awaiting for refund of 100.00 booking deposit for purchased car and fault on headlamp reported at point of sale, still not resolved. (6 months since purchase). Would not recommend Endevour for reliable service follow up..........Following on from this review, response from Mark and his team has been excellent, so may be revising my review to 4 stars from 2 based on ability to put things right…Awaiting outcomes currently….

I went here to see a car I have been eyeing for long from Volvo and test drive. Need to call out good staff who explained honestly the pros and cons of their cars rather than focussing on the intention to push the vehicle to the customer. I felt understaffed for customer demand I felt so giving 4 stars. Patient and clear staff who know what they sell. Didn’t do much of a discount from the first quoted price too so that’s worth a note although Volvo running a sale event was reasoned as the answer. Customer parking available.

Generally a good experience throughout when dealing face to face with the sales team. Trying to get through to Volvo West London via telephone to obtain an update was extremely difficult. Paperwork must be accessed electronically; printed, signed, scanned and then emailed back. This is quite inconvenient and not always simple. Uploading documents to the portal was not always possible - the finance document file was too big and had to be emailed. Once in the showroom the service was very good.

We bought an approved used car from this dealership.Within 6 weeks the gearbox had a catastrophic failure. Volvo took 2 months to fix, the volvo assist refused us a replacement vehicle for the duration. We tried to return the vehicle but met obstacle from volvo and volvo finance.I then collected my repaired" car. It was provided with a dead battery. Within 5 miles from the dealership

My wife’s car was recovered on a Thursday night by Volvo roadside assistance and delivered to Volvo west London on Friday.I called roadside assistance twice on Friday to receive an update and they said the dealer would get in touch. It took until Tuesday afternoon to hear back for the first time from west London who then said the issue was fixed but to make sure it doesn’t come back they wanted to charge for a software update. I refused to pay for a software update at which point I asked for a manager. The man on the phone (Chris) rudely responded I AM THE MANAGER. I then asked to be put through to head office where once again I was rudely told, “call them yourself, their number is on the web”.After complaining to head office myself I suddenly received a call from enterprise who had given me a courtesy car that Volvo have instructed them to pick up the car. I called head office again who tried several times to get through to west London but with no luck. I tried calling west London myself and managed to get through to Chris. We discussed that I would pick the car up the next morning and leave the courtesy car with them. That was until enterprise turned up at 22:00 at night to take my car because Chris didn’t bother to speak to them. I had to make my own way to the dealership to pick up my car. While at the dealer, Chris was extremely rude and tried to make me stand outside to wait for my car, when I responded that I can also wait inside he said no wait outside. The lovely Chris tried to kick me out!!After thinking this was all over I have received the charge for the rental car on my credit card. I called Volvo roadside assistance who have now advised me that west London hasn’t bothered to deal with extending the rental and have denied the charge from enterprise and told them to charge me. So a courtesy car given by Volvo and then charged to the customer?? I have never experienced a person like Chris who treats customers so rudely. I have now been left to chase my refund from Volvo as roadside assistance have advised me that I shouldn’t have to pay for this and this is west Londons fault.I would like to add that my local dealer is Volvo north London who I have been to for the past 3 years and never had any issue with. Unfortunately they are undergoing refurbishment and the car was not able to go there.

Amazed at how poor the level of service has been across all departments. I think it should also be highlighted that in a number of your responses to the disappointing reviews your dealership receives, you simply refer to a customers difficult behaviour. Consequently, I think it should be flagged that any stress caused, and difficult conversations had with you and your colleagues, is as a consequence of your failure to provide a standard of customer service that is reflective of the premium brand you sell. This is further reflected in the less than satisfactory level of service set out below and your dealerships poor rating on Google reviews!As to your reference to me running out of fuel, this was only part of the issue, the main problem being the inability to move the car to a safe place (when it broke down) as it could not be placed in neutral, and the fact that the computer display (as you advised) has a 20% discrepancy in relation to the amount of fuel left in the car.Irrespective of the above, the reason for the poor review was you and your dealerships extremely poor customer service throughout, ranging from:1. Failing to contact me (as per Volvo Assists confirmation) to confirm you had received my car and/or to provide any indication as to when my car would be ready. Further, despite confirming to me you had received my car (once I had taken the initiative to contact your dealership) and stating that it would be up to 3 weeks until you would look at my car, you subsequently informed Volvo Assist you hadn't received my car, leaving them unable to action a replacement vehicle. Once again I had to chase your dealership to deal with this.2. Informing Volvo Assist that my replacement car needed to be returned within 48 hours, without informing me that the issue with my car had been rectified and that it was ready for collection/delivery. Once again, I had to chase you for any information.3. Your refusal to redeliver the car to me, on the basis that you only deliver to a 2 mile radius. This is despite the fact you are aware Volvo North London has closed and all cars (that have broken down) in or around North London are currently sent to you. Why you have not made the effort to liaise with Volvo Assist in relation to finding a solution to this is somewhat surprising.4.Despite having 4 days to contact me to request payment of £15 fuel costs, your dealership only chose to call me when the delivery service arrived to collect my car to deliver back to me. Given that i was unavailable to return your call until later the same day, refused to release my car for redelivery. The fact that you failed to contact me for payment, was at odds with the fact that you did find the time to send me a video setting out work that 'could' be carried out to my car for an additional cost(s).5. Taking a completely oppositional and obstinate stance when trying to find any form of solution for a customer, including blaming Volvo Assist throughout.My lasting feeling is that your customer service is a mockery of the premium level of service Volvo reassures its customers it provides.
