Love my fire fitted earlier this year and the fitters worked till very late to ensure it was finished but the man in the shop was very rude and aggressive when I rang to ask what time they'd be arriving to start the job

I walked into the shop to have a look around at prices and to maybe ask a few questions, when the guy finished on the phone, he had this certain vibe in his voice, to say what do you want. I said I'm looking for a fire for my shop, but I'm uncertain about your prices. His response was ow ok. No help to see if he had anything in my price range. After leaving I've then looked online at BnQ and screwfix, along with other retailers. Their fires are very similar and around £1000 cheaper

The fires and surrounds are very nice and look like good quality stuff. The guy in the shop could seriously do with a course on customer service though, attitude leaves a lot to be desired. That alone puts people off. Its easier to go here and get the package of fire and surround together, and they are very nice in fairness, although I guess you could buy then separately from different manufacturers if preferred.

Poor customer service no mask in showroom. Gave price and quoted and delivery time then changed mind at time of ordering. Avoid.

Completely unsympathetic to the problems reported by my elderly parents. His attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend and would not buy from him again.

lovely fire, but the owner was very very rude and aggressive to my husband will definitely not buy anything from him again, bad attitude he needs some people skills, not recommend.RE: My review it is not a false comment the contract was with Mr and Mrs Smith who picked our fire up on 19th April and the owner was very rude to my husband which there was no need for, therefore I would not recommend or buy anything from this shop again .
