I bought my TAG Kirium earlier this year with no issues, recently it developed a fault with the battery.Having contacted Watchfinder, they dealt with everything promptly and efficiently all within the confines of the warranty.I was regularly apprised regarding the progress of the repairs and now have my watch back as good as new.I cannot fault their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a quality timepiece.Ian

Great to buy from, but the valuations if you sell to them aren't great unless you trade.I was offered £1650 for my Tudor Black Bay Bronze by Watches of Switzerland. Watchfinder offered me £800. Both cash offers.On the buying side.their delivery is quick and fast and the two watches I have purchased from them have been in superb condition.

Excellent first class warranty service on a watch I had been wearing for 6 months, and had failed, they even noticed another issue and corrected that. all done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend Watchfinder to friends and family, and i will buy from them again on the strength of this service

I bought a Breitling Chronospace from Watchfinder and was very pleased with the experience. The watch developed a fault which I referred back to Watchfinder's warranty. The repair was dealt with very quickly & efficiently. My watch was returned fully working and with a new battery in around 4 weeks which I thought was pretty good. The people dealing with the repair process were very friendly and I received emails informing me of each transaction. No one wants a repair but the way mine was dealt with was exemplary and left me in no doubt Watchfinder will be the supplier of my next watch.

I bought a watch for my husband for Christmas, following an issue that arose with the watch shortly after purchase we contacted the after sales support who were very apologetic. They dealt with it swiftly and had the watch reassessed, fixed and returned to us as a matter of urgency and we are very happy with the service.

I reported an issue I was having with my chronograph and was contacted immediately. My watch was collected and fixed very quickly with excellent communication throughout the whole process. I have bought a couple of watches from this company and they are always fantastic. If I have a issue and I don't like the watch purchased, they let me change it easily without any hassle. Richard Brockman is a fantastic sales consultant there, he is never pushy and is always very good at replying quickly, which is something I value highly.

Originally visited here 7 years ago and purchased my first watch. They made it an exciting and personal experience.If their prices were more inline with the market I would probably shop with Watchfinder more often. However I still look and greatly enjoy the videos.

Edward was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was responsive when I had (many) a question and available on the phone to explain the history of the company, the purchasing process and, more importantly, the background of the timepiece I was interested in. The watch took 24 hours to be delivered following placement of my order and was exactly as described.
