they over-value and then once they get your phone tell you it's only worth half of the price offered. i refused it and got it back after a re-offer (of a little more than half) and sold it elsewhere for much better value. waste of my time unfortunately. their reasoning was a bit exaggerated as well and not matching the description when you self-evaluate.

Sent on Thursday, received next day due to me paying for special delivery. Got paid after a week. Had to call Wednesday for an update. 4 stars as I had to call to ask what's happening which they said they were short staffed. Paid for what was quoted. Not a fast service but got there at the end.

Exactly the same as the previous reviewer. My phone was in absolute mint condition, not a blemish and they knocked the price offered down. Unlike the previous guy, I took the knock down, simply because of the hassle, which is obviously their business model

Was offered a price, sent it off, was analysed on arrival and inevitably had 25% taken off the price after 'Quality control'. Couldn't be bothered to argue/wait for the phone to be sent back.

Don't bother they will go back on the price and try and say the phone is in average condition rather than good despite not having a bleamish on the phone. Don't accept the drop in price and get your phone back!

I sent my iPhone to these people after receiving a quote of £393, 2 days later I got an offer of £270 and an explanation that because the phone had a big scratch on the screen. I disputed this as there was no scratch on the screen when I sent it. They then increased their offer by £30 which I also declined as I felt that they were being dishonest.They returned my iPhone and lo and behold there was no scratch on the screen.Don’t trust these people.

Sent a 4-year-old iPhone 11 quoted £420Despite its age my phone had a perfect undamaged screen and back with signs of use on the edges, what 4-year-old device won't have?So, they sent me We have had to regrade due to cosmetic issues and have regraded your device to Fair" and sent me a low-balled offer of £330I refused this and asked my device back.Miraculously
