We bought a Bailey cabrera 18months ago. We had numerous faults with the van and contacted leisure sales. We waited and waited and waited … but nothing happened until I put a bad review on here!!! Most parts were replaced and faults were fixed however we are still waiting for the faultless blinds at the front of the van to be replaced. Yes we are still waiting after all this time. Months of phone calls and lies. Our latest conversation today assured us that they will arrive by the 27th June. Lewisite sales have said this every month. However when I spoke to Bailey customer service straight afterwards they said they can’t give a date because they don’t know when they will receive them from the manufacturer. This shows the dishonesty of leisure sales customer services. They just keep fobbing us off! The strangest thing is they are selling Bailey caravans each week so they are still being made. Funny how they have blinds for those caravans. I will never buy from this company again or Bailey. I very very disappointing and frustrating experience from dishonest people.

We purchased a new to us 2018 Lunar Clubman 2B. On our collection day the staff damaged a grab handle which needed to be replaced. As we were going away in the van straight away it was decided we would book the van in for repairs on our return.I was a bit put off by the reviews I read about Leisure Sales service department, but I can only say that they provided us with a first class service and I was very impressed with all of the staff. So lesson is don’t always trust all the reviews.

My local go to dealer. We love going for a mooch, nicely presented caravans. Great little cafe, you are always made to feel welcome and remember who you are.There's also a shop on site for all your bits and bobs.

Bought our new Vigo s5 from here not very happy with the van or how long it takes to get warranty issues sorted bought in March and still waiting in August for some issues to be sorted, i would reject the van back if i could far too many issues with it.

An excellent breakfast but the staff really need to lower their voices when chatting in the kitchen- I don’t need to know about their teenage angsts at 10:30 on a Sunday morning!

Friendly knowledgeable staff and a very good selection of accessories. Would definitely recommend a visit
