As fashion comes down to personal taste there's little point in me commenting on whether or not i like the clothes, but, as an example of a Reiss shop, this is a good one. Cheaper than standard Reiss shops but with most, if not all of the items you would like to buy full price and never too busy - a great store.

Reiss Gunwharf Quays
We've been to Reiss today, bought a dress, discovered that it had a fault. We went back in 15 min to return it. We were told persistently that we cannot get a refund but rather exchange or gift card. We were not satisfied with that response. The store manager did make any attempt to resolve the problem. I will not be shopping again with them.

Very welcoming and friendly here in Reiss. Lots of choice here, some clothes are quite expensive even though they are reduced but then there is always a sale and some clothes are reduced even more. Definitely something to be bought. I might add they have lovely spacious changing rooms they again are very helpful in there. No waiting around to be served here and very polite.

Really starting to like this brand when walking in have a look at another men's stuff on the left-hand side I notice a lady by the till that just gave me a really strange look and walked out the back after looking around for at least another 15 minutes another lady was by the till. None asked us for any help to see if we need any help or anything like that I think the customer service was very bad. 1 star is to much

Fully priced items are super pricey. When having sale, price isn't too bad. As it's a small store, most of the items online aren't in the store. Return of items bought online can't be refunded in-store (store will return the item for you and there's an average of 3 working day wait for refund to be credited to you).

Was helped by Zoe yesterday what a lovely lady helped me find a dress for my 50th nothing was too much trouble and I came away with 2 perfect dresses thank you for all your help
