We made a spontanious decision to move and initially contact a local estate agent who told us the property would never sell. As our onward purchase was through Fine and Country we put in touch with Jessica who from start to finish has made the process of selling slick and hassle free. Just about 12 months ago we made the decision to relocate back to Kent after 32 years living Leicester. We had 2 Estate agents booked to give us a valuation on our property which would give us a clear indication of what we could afford to buy in Kent. Jessica Parker came to see us on13 April 2022 and we explained our situation, in as much that we were in no hurry to sell as we needed to find the right property in the right location for us in Kent. No problem, was Jessica's answer, just keep in touch and let her know when we were ready to proceed and ensured us that there would be no problem in finding a buyer as our house was in a much sought after location. Jessica supplied us with full details of the service that Fine & Country offer, from valuation, marketing etc. We were very impressed with Jessica, her professional attitude while she was friendly and clearly loved her job. We kept in touch and at the end of September asked her to put the house up for sale. Jessica recommended that we would benefit from having professional photos, video and drone footage done as part of the marketing and Wow what a fantastic job that was, far better that just a photo in the local paper. Within a week Jessica had booked several viewings and with the possibility of more in the pipeline, these were not needed as the house sold within days. We found a house in Kent and used the same conveyancers on recommendation from Jessica for both the sale and new purchase. We finally moved to Kent on 30 March. Through out the whole process Jessica has been closely involved, keeping us up to date, chasing on a level above and beyond. We have watched Jessica blossom over the months and her family grow from one little girl to two, the new baby was a bonus selling feature on viewings. On our moving day Jessica came to say goodbye with baby in tow, it was like saying goodbye to family. Thank you Jessica for all you have done for us, to Thank You is not a high enough accolade, keep up the good work.

Jessica was brilliant throughout the process of selling our house. She was always professional and kept us informed at all times, the staging of the house for the photos involved a lot of work and the results were amazing. She attended all the viewings and when offers were received helped us to pick the right purchaser. Once that had been done the legal process went very smoothly. We would recommend Fine & Country, and in particular, Jessica to anyone wishing to sell their property.
