Went in today seen paul (discount paul) and left really happy with the service and the price I paid for bedroom carpet and vinyl floor for my kitchen. Would definitely recommend

A very positive in-store experience. Several visits to borrow carpet samples proved no problem at all. Becky was a most helpful member of staff who guided us carefully to the carpet and underlay which best suited our needs. Her pleasant banter made choosing the right carpet relaxing and unpressured. All in all, a thoroughly professional store.

Absolutely abysmal service and conduct from Mathew and the team at Storey Carpets, Stockton. Nice enough when they wanted my money, however when it came to clearing up their own mess they were not interested. Mathew, apparently a manager promised to call me back twice and then didn’t bother. Do not spend your money here, better places in Stockton to get your carpets.

Great selection of carpets, and all seemed reasonably priced. I was very happy with our carpet. Fitting was quick and had no issues. Would recommend to everyone.

Christina was wonderful while we pondered over colour choices and was happy to take out the samples and place them by the windows. Not pushy at all and a great range of carpets to choose from.

Great service at Storey Carpets and Matthew is great! Very welcoming friendly and was great with us and our kids, making sure they were entertained whilst we ordered the carpets. Also had vegan chocolate available this weekend which was brilliant and a bonus!!
