This car park isn't great; I've just been to a late-night event and cars hadn't been moving for a while, turns out it went past midnight and the barriers just stopped working for the day?! I've been sat here for nearly 2 hours waiting, this car park is awful for events. The prices are okay though, I guess..

Plenty of space before an event at the O2 and great location however was met with 2 people shooting up in the stair well (very pleasant people but not ideal) and then had to navigate over needles in the bottom stairwell. I appreciate they have security on the doors but no staff or cameras around so won't park here again.

Great for secure parking, though the online QR scan was not working so had to press the help button, then didn't get a ticket which meant upon coming back we could not gain access inside. Bit of a hassle

Easy to book ticket online but had to wait TWO HOURS to leave at 11pm, when people had problems with tickets. No answer on NCP helpline. Eight floors of cars all trying to leave at the same time. Stairwell is disgusting, smells of urine, blood stains on the stairs, looks like it's never been cleaned.

Great car park. Not too far away from the 02 Academy. It was ideal. Sadly the lifts were not working so we had to climb the stairs to the 6th floor. I guess it was good exercise. Not so good for anyone in a wheelchair though sadly.Best thing about it was the price of parking. We left the car there for several hours and only cost 1.50 for the whole duration!!

This is a NCP car park but with a barrier and issue ticket to you automatically and you cannot use you QR code. Many spaces but the whole floor smells like urine and with faeces. Parking is not cheap cost £1.90 an hour. I cannot enter the car park with the ticket, absolutely rubbish. It's better to park on the road.

Parking spaces are well spaced. However, the stairwell smells like urine and is full of urine and human faeces. Please clean your facilities.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been sat in my car on level 3 after a gig in the academy for an hour so far and not moved a single meter. Do not park here because getting out after an event is an absolute nightmare. And they will obviously charge us extra for the time spent on the ramp between level 3 and 4.

Went to a gig last night and sat for well over an hour - no marshal's from ncpLooking at the reviews very common problemAbout 80 people stuck outside as the external had broke and took 30 mins for someone to fixAvoid at all costs despite how close to the academy it is

Always park here when in Brum great value and easy to walk into the centre situated right next to O2 Academy
