This is my first dealing with Duchy Autos, and have to say a very pleasant one , Steve who dealt with us was down to earth with no hard sell , will be going back in September because they are giving us 12 months mot and also to see what could be on offer for a car for my daughter , would recommend Duchy Autos

Drove a long way to see a vehicle after placing a deposit only to find it in an awful state. Dents, really badly touched up bumper corner scratches (painted black on a blue car) and aircon not working, it hadn't even been washed! To be fair our deposit was returned straight away but for a nearly £7000 vehicle the attention to detail was a million miles off! What worried me was if the attention to detail was so badly lacking in the visual appearance of the car (which is what you first see and is vitally important when trying to sell a car) what was the attention like in the mechanical side of things? Sorry, but I would not recommend Duchy Autos.

My experience at Duchy Motors when looking at there cars and choosing one was very pleasant and calm with no hard sell or pushy salesman by your side all the time.They have a very smart and spacious showroom and all of there vehicles are spotlessly clean inside and out.The car I chose was given a new 12 months MOT and Duchy Motors paid for any work that was needed. When I picked it up it had obviously had a full valet and had that new car feel and smell. They have such a varied stock of cars and their prices are very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a trade in or new car you should definitely check out Duchy Motors.

Served straight away. I knew what car I wanted. Not one bit pushy. Let me have a test drive. Absolutely amazing car salesmen. Clean place. Very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend people go here. They have from very vintage cars to new.Thank you .

Friendly, helpful and thorough. I bought a great car from these guys at the beginning of June, it needed some bits doing so they made sure it was totally ready to go before I picked it up. 3 weeks later had a problem with the brakes and Liam arranged for it to be fixed the next day, no quibble or question at all. Can’t recommend Duchy Autos enough! Would definitely buy from them again.

1 star is to much Awful car dealership. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a car from these cow boys to think again. The below fault was pointed out to them 24hrs after purchasing the rang rover sport WJ61KKW . It had a oil leak from the transfer box which would cost a lot to repair. I emailed them within 24hrs of collection of the car and said that if they could not repair then I would return this and collect the vechile that had traded in. I am more shocked that he had this mot and serviced apparently before collection and no advisory on mot and nothing on service. Not even a note to say the cam belt was due for replacement. Must be cow boys who carried this out to. On collection found a rip I'm the drivers side seat and car was covered in cobwebs and glass dirty to the point I had to stop to clean. When buying a car at £19995 this is not what you expect.They then stated they would not cover the cost of repairing this and didn't even offer to do it. Just asked for the vechile to be returned to them for a full refund.This is what I decided to do thinking I would get my trade in back. When I called to say I was bringing back he stated he had traded my trade in leaving me with no car although he had this fault reported and photos sent in a email he should of retained my trade in for me but no. I have now had to hire a car so I can keep going to work and getting my son to school.Any one thinking of using this garage stay away to avoid the disappointment.

We purchased our Range Rover from Duchy Autos two years ago and have been very with the car ever since. Liam was very helpful and overall I was extremely happy with the purchase experience to the point that I am now looking at buying our next car from them.

HiDuchy autos are the best dealers I have ever trade a business with. I live in London and had problem with my vehicle bought from Duchy autos. But they r so friendly and helpful. A friendly, efficient & professional car dealership. Top marks to Liam, he was on the ball from the off. Highly recommend this car dealership to anyone near or far, i travelled from Plymouth and would do it again in the future.

Saw the car on Facebook, emailed and spoke with Steve, arranged a time and date to view and test drive the car. Loved it!No hard sell from Steve which was lovely. He gave a great deal on my part exchange.Very easy to set up the finance and collected a day later.Steve did all the paperwork regarding tax and V5 before leaving the showroom which made it so easy.I love my car and the service was great.
