Ordered from them 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my item. I have probably sent about 6 emails politely asking where my order is and they have only replied to me on two occasions. On both occasion they replied 2/3 days later. All they did was apologise and told me they would track my parcel and update me later that day, they never got back to me.

Absolutely appalling customer services, the worst i have ever experienced. They just keep saying they are looking into it for 2-3 months, and have an extremely slow response rate. Eventually they tell me the item is out of stock, why would they not list that on the website in the first place. 3 months on they have now stopped responding, and there is no sign of my order. Basically a fraud. Shocking.

Most terrible customer service I've experienced. Took 4 months of back and forth complaints and emails, with Charles from the company, who kept making false promises to get on top of my order. They only committed to sorting out my order once I requested a refund, only then did they seem to suddenly get ontop of my order. Not only was the fleece I ordered rubbish quality (bottom of the line basic fleece material, might as well have bought a cheap fleece from mountain warehouse) but they promised a free t-shirt for compensation, only to not come through with that promise and ignore my emails about said t-shirt. Save yourselves.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Wish I read the reviews before trying to purchase from them. I waited weeks for my delivery and took into account the fact that covid may had interfered with delivery. When it didn't turn up after 2 weeks I kept querying where it was and they couldn't give me any information about where my order was and who the courier service even was. They tried to offer a free t-shirt but I asked for a refund instead as it had been over a month of waiting for my order to turn up and I didnt think it ever would.Its been 3 weeks and I've not had a refund and have contacted them several times.Their communication is awful, so vague and useless.DO NOT USE THEM as you'll never receive your order

Ordered from their website nearly three weeks and they confirmed" the order was complete. I have never received my order. I have sent two emails and messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and haven't gotten one response. They have terrible customer service and I would not recommend ordering from this company. I am still waiting for contact regarding a refund or to receive my order."

I ordered a t-shirt on 30th April, 3 month ago now and still not received it. I have emailed weekly and messaged on facebook and all I keep getting told is sorry for the inconvenience and they will resolve the issue and they will send me a free t-shirt. It has now been 12 weeks. I moved house 6 week ago, thinking I would have it by then, I have kept in touch with the new occupants of my old house and they haven't received it. I even emailed my new address and they said they would have it out. That was last week. I have asked many times for a full refund to the card but keep being messed about. They even sent me an email calling me by a different name the other day. Absolutelh horrendous customer service. Really don't know where to go from here as I know for a fact I won't receive the order or a refund!!!!

Do not buy from this company. Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm still waiting for my item after nearly 6 weeks. After buying it, I received an email saying thanks for my purchase, then another email a week or so after saying my item had been shipped & to be on the look out for an email with my shipping number. AND THEN THAT WAS IT. No email with shipping number. NOTHING. Zero response on ASOS MARKETPLACE from them when I asked for an update. I then received an email from ASOS Marketplace about a month after I purchased the item asking to rate my experience. Gave them a 1 star review & what do know - I had a response saying sorry & we'll look into it" kinda thing. We're now a further 2 weeks on & the only response I've had is a "we'll look into it" type message. I can't imagine how challenging the last few months must have been with the Covid situation & now the lead up to Xmas. But this service is not good enough. How hard is it to find my shipping number & give it to me. At this moment I actually feel like I've been robbed. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

Changing my review as my item did end up arriving! OWN CHARACTER ARE NOT A SCAM. A few things to note though, my delivery address was typed in wrong when I ordered but I immediately emailed to ask to change it, this didn't happen and therefore my item didn't reach me until 2 months afterwards. That's fine though due to the current pandemic. They apologised and offered a free t shirt which unfortunately didn't arrive, the fleece as below arrived defective as the cord was broken. All fine though as this seems to be a startup company struggling with the current situation and the item was good value.

Ordered a fleece from them 4 months ago and it never arrived. Tried to email them but never got a response (seems that facebook message is the only way to go). They said that they had sent out another after around two months but still nothing arrived. I then requested a refund and was assured it would take 3-5 days. This also hasn't materialised and I'm still in the process of trying to get this. All in all, pretty terrible experience.

I purchased a grey fleece off ofowncharachters boutique on asos market place. It was very good value and I was very excited for it, am very keen to help out a small business especially during these tough times. It took 6 weeks to come and after reading the reviews here I see I am not alone in the communication break down between myself and the seller. Their replies would be very late and very vague. They did offer me 45%discount on their website and a free t-shirt (which also arrived within about 2 weeks after dispatch and is very nice) their contact was very polite. I was very forgiving as this was at the beginning of the corona virus mess. I then purchased 5 more fleeces from them about 6 weeks ago for myself and my friends as I was so happy with the first one. I hoped that the same circumstances would not happen again as most businesses have learnt to cope with corona virus by now. However this time round is worse. There is even less contact now. I have been told the situation would be dealt with 'by the end of the day' on several occasions. I have had to use every social media platform to contact them and I still haven't gotten the issue resolved. They did offer me a refund however I did not accept as I love the fleece so much that I want them to arrive! Although from the looks of other reviews, who knows if I would have even gotten my refund! I will be expecting some sort of compensation for my time. Again, I have every sympathy for all businesses, especially small ones during this pandemic, but surely they aren't that over capacitated that they can't deal with a simple query as to where my parcel is or even what shipping company they are using! Again, the product I recieved the last time was great so I can't fault them on that, but customer service is appalling. I hope to at least get the delivery fee refunded as I paid for 5-7 day delivery.
