As an NHS patient ( and the rest of my family ) I was not totally satisfied snd every time I phoned to get a check up during the pandemic was encouraged not to go unless I had a serious issue It feels as if it’s geared more for private treatment

Disappointing that as an NHS patient who used to use this service that they still aren't back to offering that service but are still promoting this on their website. Have gone to another local dentist who is still seeing NHS patients. Called up and was told there is no update on when they may consider seeing NHS patients again.

Only used the services once. Everything was alright and the process smooth. The only inconvenience I had was that they called for a check-up appointment and hygiene appointment on two separate days, i didn't have a car so had to walk there two days (which may have been fine but I was 6 months pregnant and they knew). Not to mention had to take two mornings off work. Would be better if they keep their customer's convenience in mind while scheduling the appointments.

Fantastic service at Toebridge Dental.I attended the clinic yesterday with a lost filling and my treatment was completed on the same day. So pleased with my outcome , would highly recommend Toebridge.

For the pst 6 months, I had a regular visits to the clinic. The moment I enter until I leave, positive vibes are all over the place, warm staff and welcoming, Dentists are super professional, attentive to the smallest details, always with a smile and trying to help as much possible they can.My dentist, Dr.Bhumica clinic and her assistant, the best dentist I ever dealt with so far in the UK and outside the UK. I recommended them for several friends for the perfect job they do a well as the very special care they extend. I believe this Dental Clinic is one of Whetstone landmarks now.Well done job. Keep it up team and best of luck

Very nice dental clinic, I have been coming for about 2 years now and I only have positive things to say. Bhumica (my dentist) is very competent, has and excellent manner and is very friendly. I feel lucky to have such a good dentist!

I have been with this dental practice for years. I was under Ravi - however I was moved some years ago without being asked. Since then I have been through a few different ones as they appear to always leave and I am passed on with no consultation. The service has become terrible, appointments never on time and not even an apology. I have decided to leave hopefully they will understand that customer service is important or get there timings correct. However, it is doubtful.

This dentist practice is amazing the staff on reception are friendly and helpful. The dentist made me feel relaxed and was honest. The hygienist was equally as friendly and took away my nerves. Overall my experience at this dentist has been beyond what I expected - I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all at Toebridge Dental

I have just had a session with Carole Asley the Hygienist in Toebridge dentist. She was excellent, very professional and friendly and made me feel relaxed and confident.My previous visit was 2years ago and I was put off by the aggressive and painful experience. I had at that time with another hygienist.I would highly recommended Carole Ashley and have booked another appointment with her.
