Excellent products but I wish the knickers were a bit thicker! Ouch!

I placed d an order for 2 senior girls panel pleated school skirts in grey 28” waist and 16”length. The website said the waist was adjustable, which we needed as my daughter has abdominal bloating. Her waist measure 27.5 inches, so the adjustable waist was an essential for us.We received the order, but the skirts were large on her, and they did not have the waist adjuster that was advertised on your website when we ordered, this was extremely disappointing and false advertising on your part.I filled in the form on the website, and after much to-ing and fro-ing with an unnamed email responder from your firm, I was told that we must have received old stock, and that you would ensure the skirts were resent with the waist adjuster as per your website.The replacement skirts arrived today, but they aren’t pleated. They are straight skirts with a waist of 28, and a length of 20 inch. These are not the skirts that we originally ordered. We ordered senior panel pleated with a wait of 28 and a length of 16 with waist adjusters.My daughter still has no skirts to wear, and I have 4 unwearable skirts.How can you business make such silly errors?My daughter has an eating disorder, and these errors have triggered her a relapse as the original skirts are too big and non adjustable, and the second order too long and wrong. Please get this sorted, and get the correct order to me, as I am fed up of these silly errors.
