The delivery guys could not have been more accommodating and determined to get our tumble dryer installed. We had problems with lengths of cable, cupboard door latches and a washing machine that wouldn’t move but they had a solution for everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

Fed up with service/del problems with large electrical company, Wellingtons was recommended to me. AMAZING customer service - delivered in a 2 hour time slot the next day. When I did have a problem (not their fault), they came out next day and sorted it. Price was comparable, but the level of personal service far exceeds. Being able to speak to a person without pressing umpteen numbers and listening to hold music, together with their first class service is much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and customer service- genuinely helpful ! I phoned a week ago to ask whether they have a suitable microwave to replace our broken one . They came out to measure because the ones they had seemed to be marginally too large . Then Ian and Rob looked at the dimensions of all their microwaves and found one that would fit . This afternoon Ian came and fitted it - he even changed the wire because the white looked better . Great service and socially distanced call . Thankyou

Fantastic customer service! I phoned up and bought on the phone a small tumble dryer. Got it delivered the next day before lunchtime. The guy on the phone was really professional and friendly, as were and the guys who delivered the item, who brought it up on my flat and even helped me positioning it and removing the packages. I would definitely buy again from this store!

Oven packed up Sunday. Visited Wellingtons Monday and paid for replacement including fitting and disposal of old one. £10 cheaper than 2 competitors. Fitted and in use Tuesday, less than 24 hours after walking in to the shop. Now used Wellingtons for Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Fridge Freezer. Fantastic service and competitive pricing.

Visited Wellingtons Electric to replace old gas hob. Staff very helpful and wide choice of hobs. Of course we chose one not in stock! (Bosch £50 off) 9 days later it's installed (5* to the fitter) and looks great. K Delaney

Needed a washing machine on the hurry. Went into store really helpful sales people. Arranged delivery and fitting for the same afternoon. delivered and fitted by two great staff and packaging and old machine taken away. Fantastic service.
