Comfy Cats Cattery

It was the first time I left my kitten at a Cattery and I must say Comfy Cats made it a delightful experience! The attention to detail in creating a comfortable and clean environment for the cats is commendable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I was happy and content that my kitten was in good hands.

I have used Comfy Cats twice now, once for 2 nights in 2021 and once for 18 days in 2023. My two girls were very well looked after and seemed to settle in when they had their longer stay. When I came to collect them, they were at ease and were loving with the members of staff which tells me everything I need to know as my girls can be very shy! Great communication, very reasonable prices and a great service. Will only use Comfy Cats for my girls now.

This was my first time using Comfy Cats and they were absolutely brilliant. My cat Marshmallow is very nervous in new settings and around new people but they were so patient with her and gave her so much time and love that after a couple of days she started coming out of her shell and settled well. Thank you for looking after Marshmallow with such care. I will be using them again next month.

We booked our cat in for her first cattery stay here and Sue and the team were brilliant! She was well looked after with a great pen that allowed her to be outside but still inside, perfect for a cat that isn’t an indoor one, and we got regular updates on her progress. When I picked her up she was really happy and relaxed, will definitely use Comfy Cats again when we next go away!

We drive from Nottingham to leave our cat (Spider) here - and she loves it. She always gets the best care and attention and is extremely well looked after and cared for. Her accommodation is second to none and she's always so calm and relaxed here. If she could talk, I'm sure she'd ask to stay longer!

It was our cat's first time at a cattery and when she first arrived she was quite scared, however the lovely humans who look after the cats asked us lots of questions about her habits, temperament, likes/dislikes food etc which put us at ease. They also knew all the cats in their care by sight and could easily tell us about them which further showed how well they knew all their cats. Whilst we were away they kept us up-to-date on what was going on with our cat through WhatsApp messages including videos and pictures. Seeing our cat purring and rubbing against the family who run comfy cats was really reassuring. When we arrived to collect her she was really calm and happy and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be using Comfy Cats Cattery again as the staff there were amazing. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

If I could I'd add more stars I would. I've used Comfy Cats twice and both times have been amazing! I can't recommend this business enough. Absolutely lovely people! Very friendly and welcoming. My Onyx enjoyed his stay and made some friends! I will continue return here in the future especially with how amazingly priced it is as well. Thank you so much!

We were highly impressed by Comfy Cats after looking after our two cats for a week. The cattery itself is spacious, very clean and well maintained. Sue and Chris were very welcoming and settled the cats into the cattery with ease. We had no concerns at all with leaving our cats with them after seeing how well looked after they are. We would highly recommend Comfy cats and will be using them again soon!

Our cats just stayed here and we had no doubts at all! Well set up cattery with care and attention, and passion for what they do - kept us updated on how our cats were doing and even sent us photos whilst we were away! Very pleased with the service provided
